Commonwelth Stadium is a pretty big arena... though an outdoor PPV isn't practical in a city like Edmonton unless it's like Summerslam as Snow is still on the ground around Wrestlemania and Snow is on the ground right now, the month of Survivor Series...

I have never heard about these "Laws about bleeding" Could someone please explain them to me? As far as Backlash goes.. The Kentucky Boxing and Wrestling Authority issued WWE nine violations of state law for various occurrences, mostly concerning the use of blood, at the Backlash PPV. Prior to the show, the WWE was warned against the use of blood. WWE asked for allowance of special usage of blood and/or allowance to stop a match in the case of accidental bleeding, the latter of which is in according with the commission's rules, which the commission denied. WWE was fined $3,250 and given a 24-month probationary period by the Boxing and Wrestling Authority Apparantely, if a match has accidental blood, they have 30 seconds to end it. No matter how long the match has went. Pretty lame rule. Wow, thats ![](http://www.wrestlingfigs.com/images/wfcensored.gif) ed up if you ask me. It also kinda makes me chuckle considering Steve Austin drove a blood bank mobile into Rupp at a Raw taping in 99.

Scotiabank Place here in Ottawa. We haven't had a ![](http://www.wrestlingfigs.com/images/wfcensored.gif) ing TV taping in 5 years! Holds about 19,000. would be perfect for smaller "b" brand PPV. Funny, we can get most of the major concert tours, yet, we can't get a WWE TV taping, ![](http://www.wrestlingfigs.com/images/wfcensored.gif) WWE ![>:(](http://www.wrestlingfigs.com/images/angry.gif)
