I mean we had so many returns and surprises if Vince had given them all awayat Raw then there wouldnt really be any for the future.
Bret and Rocks returns if they happen will be massive events and I think they should be kept as special as possible.

The greatest comeback possible of people alive is the Ultimate Warrior. It would be the biggest pop ever heard!
Only Andre the Giant would be bigger but he died.

I never get why people say that. And I've said it over and over again, the next time we'll see The Rock on WWE programming will be at the HOF when he's inducted. And only then he'll be there to say 'goodbye' to the WWE fans. He's moved on to bigger and better things. And I for one hope for the best in pursuing his acting career.

The Rock really would have made the night something special. A Bret Hart appearence would have been unreal.
The thing with last night, is we get Hogan, Austin, Foley etc Returning and making appearences all the time on Raw, so last night was pretty much the same as what we've got time and time again, at SNME's, Raw Homecomming, 3 Hour Raws.

Yeah, it would've been awesome if they were there, but oh well. Even without them, it was awesome.

Better? have you seen his movies? From a career standpoint, I believe he is going on to do bigger and better things. He's had enough of wrestling, I don't know how some of you can't understand it. He didn't "sell out", he just found something that he enjoys more than wrestling. Let me put this to you: If you were offered something that you enjoyed more than your current job, would you take the dream offer?

No event was better to return at than tonight. a night like this wont be around for another 5 years, when RAW turns 20 and we all know Smackdowns 10th aniversary wont be anything like this. My guess is an award show just like RAW's 10th (which would be fitting).
but anways, no other night is more fitting for the rock and Hart to show up than last night. Bret has a 10 year old flag stuck up his ass, and after tonight i hope the hell the rock never shows his face on WWE again. he doesnt care enough about the fans to show LIVE. and i hope if he does show live, he makes it halfway down the ramp and trns around because everyone boo's his ass out of the building. (of course that would never happen)

How did The Rock "sell out"?
He moved from one job to another that was more beneficial for him and his family and one that he loves. He doesn't owe the wrestling business anything and he doesn't completely ignore the wrestling business he's just moved on, Hulk Hogan tried the same thing and failed and he trashed the WWE but every time he needs a paycheck who does he come calling to?
And that even makes the Rock's rare appearances even more special because they are random, unknown and are usually a special moment and not one where there are dozen's of other legends and that's all he's known as "another legend" and can make ordinary event extraordinary.
Sure it'd be great to see The Rock back, but I've learned to accept that he's not a wrestler anymore, he's an actor and people need to accept that. It's not like he'll never make another appearance at a WWE event and when he does it'll make those nights much more special.
