The Sun Newspaper has added an interview with him (Hogan) today where he blames his low SummerSlam payoff for the reason he didn’t come back to WWE for WrestleMania this past year. Hogan also said that when he gets his promotion off the ground it will beat WWE. The title of the story is "Hulk: I'll defeat desperate Vince".

And what stars will this promotion have? TNA and WWE have them all. I think itll flop like WSX.

You know; as much as I hate to say it, I think Hogan will get closer to bringing the WWE down than TNA ever will.

I think he should use his ultra funds and purchase TNA. Yeah.
Oh, and what station will his promotion be on? Yeah.

The only thing Hulk Hogan is going to beat Vince McMahon in is a "who has the worse fake tan and looks worse in a man-thong" contest.
Seriously, Hulk Hogan should just disappear from the wrestling industry and focus on his annoying wife, his $$$$$ son and keep trying to whore out his 42 year old looking daughters crappy songs to the music industry.

the only thing hogan has to getting a promotion started is his name and thats it he doesnt have much of a business sense to run a whole company look what happened to wcw when hogan and his goons ran the place it went out of business bischoff listened to hogan and thats where it all went wrong hogan cant really tell who has wrestling talent i dont think he has an eye for that thing nor does he know how to promote something new to an industry that maybe dying

I said all of this a few days ago, but I'll repeat it.
Hogan isn't going to get this off the ground for plenty of reasons:
1.) He would demand WAY TOO high a salary. That's probably why he's looking for $80 million; $20 would probably be for him for the first year. 2.) Guys like Goldberg aren't just going to go to this fed and job to younger guys. They not only expect high paydays, they want to remain top guys. Which brings me to... 3.) This will probably be just like WCW was. The older guys are on top. No one wants to see that anymore because it isn't fresh.
Someone like Nash is doing well in TNA mentoring younger guys. But if he came to Hogan's fed, you know he would want to be a top guy and he wouldn't be putting guys like Lethal or Styles or Shelley over.
Hogan HAD to put over guys in WWE in his last run. He's not going to do it in his own fed. And he wouldn't have to come up with any lame excuses like his knees hurting or having a backache when he would have to put someone over.
And then we'd probably get his son Nick as World Champ somehow.
Forget it.

I'm interested to see how it turns out and if it will ever actually happen. I don't know where he's going to find all the talent though.

I think Hogan's promotion has the potential to do well, he can get some old freinds to join so that will have some big older names thne he can get somenew younger talent and if he uses them all propary it could be big I wanna see what hogan does as i ham a fan of him

Well, he can try but it'll fail like so many others. I mean, if WCW went under, so will anything Hogan tries to put together. Didn't he try that before with the XWF??
