You have to be jacked up or you won't get a push. What a joke!

All these people who keep saying you have to be jacked to make it into the WWE is wrong. 1st of all, I currently wrestle myself. I always wanted to become a professional wrestler. This is a very hard job. I am still currently in training I had to take 2 months off to finish some other work. You will learn the basics like taking bumps and running the ropes, then moving on to chain wrestling ETC... There are many wrestlers in the WWE that made it and they are small.Nunzio,Thorn,London,Kendricks,Santino,Heart Throbes,Rey Mysterio,Owen Hart Orton is not that big. I heard they are not taking anybody under 6 foot. So if you are not 6 foot or taller then Im not sure the chances of you in. But I would start training and train hard. Fight for what you want and take it easy. Start with Indys before you try WWE Tryouts. Get a name for yourself. Good luck and God Bless

Fight for what you want and take it easy. Start with Indys before you try WWE Tryouts. Get a name for yourself. Good luck and God Bless Nunzio = Accomplished nothing in the WWE Thorn = Accomplished nothing London Kendricks =London has only accomplished CW and Tag Team gold... neither have been pushed or used right Santino = Santino is not small by any stretch of the word... Heart Throbes = Fired Rey Mysterio = He is so NOT "small"... perhaps in stature but when people say small they mean how built they are... Rey is not small anymore. Owen Hart= I will give you that one... And to answer the question posed, you HAVE to be compitently trained in order to have even a minimal chance of getting considered for hiring. And after that you have to be able to constantly improve in OVW which is where they will send you. Unless you are jacked up and stand in at 6 feet 6, it won't be one of those things where you say to yourself "Hey, I wanna be a wrestler... I think I'll go to the WWE" It is a lot harder than that. Good luck to ya though, I know it won't be easy

Don't speak English, Grab people by the face and use a chop to the back of the head as a Finisher, Weigh 450+ lbs and have no Charisma and that should land you a contract and a World Title run within a year.

Considering some of their talent, you don't have to be well trained. True, lol. I'm much better than most of their talent, but who isn't?We shouldn't be calling them talent, because their far from it.

That's like asking "I wanna be a brain surgeon, do I need medical training?". I suppose common sense isn't so common nowadays.

WWE try-outs are very heavily criticized by who's overseeing the whole thing. They look for fundamentals, pacing, and story-telling. They put you through different endurance tests as well as putting into random matches and seeing how you feel it out. You need to be trained and have proof of training. Guys that fake their paperwork get found out VERY quickly. WWE (as much as I have my opinions about their talent pool) runs an extremely tight ship and when it comes to try-outs: THEY DON'T PLAY. If you get a chance to go to one, you'd better make sure you know what you're doing. Dreamer, Finlay or whoever's the head guy will not pull any punches

If you look like Chris Masters, pre steroid scandal, you need no training. Otherwise, I suggest you get trained, get booked, work indies, and maybe someday you'll find someone who can hook you up, but you can't just ask them for a tryout.

Well, with certain people they sign these days, just walk off the street and they may hire you. Nothing really counts these days.

This is E, not F where only superstars were SUPERSTARS. I didn't say anything about lack of talent, then again......however they do just hire anyone these days. Nothing about that place is special anymore.

how friggin stupid do you have to be to ask "do i need to be trained for a tryout with wwe?" The Divas don't need to ask that, we know that, WWE flat out answers that for them.

If you are a giant they will send you to OVW to train. If you have big tits, blonde, young and female they will hire you. (50/50 if brunette or flat chested) Otherwise you will need to train and train hard. Go to a school of a wrestler who has ties with the WWE and become a name on the indy scene.
