Every week people keep saying that the crowd sucks as far as Jericho's reaction goes. So did we get another sucky crowd? As far as I look at it, people just don't see Jericho being a main eventer. The announcement of HBK doing a backstage promo got a bigger reaction than anything Jericho did. I think it's time to face facts and see that the crowds aren't lame, it's just Jericho is.

It's just that the crowds have been sucking. *Watches Raw* There's a reason for that.

Maybe because 90% of the crowd that are in states other than NY, NJ, CA, IL, FL and TX have no idea who Jericho is.

I noticed that melinas entrance got more of a reaction from the crowd than the entire jericho/orton segment right before it!! Mickie james also got a bigger reaction.

Shouldn't matter. Jericho is back and that's all that matters.

alrite this is just rediculous. you dont tune in to RAW to listen to the crowd do you? just enjoy the show!
wanna know the plain truth? the only people who cares about Jericho returning is the big marks. like it or not thats it. plain and simple. Big marks are in states hellboy listed. thats why at no mercy chicago was very verbal about wanting jericho. other than the major wrestling cities, your not gonna get a reaction from a guy whos been in the mid card scene for most of his time before leaving WWE.
id sure like to think of jericho being in the same rank as stone cold and the rock and stuff, but did you hear stone colds pop when they just said his name?

Do you know when the wrestler make 1st time return, the crowd get riot for that, then less and less at every week, right?

During the Jericho match, I saw a load of kids in Cena and DX shirts, get out some glow sticks, play with them, and totally ignore the match.
I suppose if a wrestler isn't doing toilet jokes, they aren't popular with the kids of today.

The crowd seemed dead during the Hornswoggle vs. Carlito and coach match, even with the APA returning.

I was a huge Jericho fan when he started with the WWE in 1999 and in 2001 he was red hot. But being honest since he has come back I can not put my finger on it theres just something not interesting about it. Maybe after a while he will be back to the old Jerich.

The crowd seemed dead during the Hornswoggle vs. Carlito and coach match, even with the APA returning. From what I noticed, the crowd was aliv e during the first segment... (laughter doesn't translate well as background noise, hence why sitcoms use canned laughter.) And the show got deadder and deader, except for five guys who kept on chanting HBK... HBK

Maybe because 90% of the crowd that are in states other than NY, NJ, CA, IL, FL and TX have no idea who Jericho is. That wouldnt make much sense. Jericho got his start in Canada, then went to the southeast with SMW and toured around TN, KY, NC, SC, GA, and VA. Then went on to ECW and toured PA and the new england area...Then back to the south to WCW on national tv during the start of the attitude/nwo era and then to WWE for the end of the attitude era....If you dont know who Jericho is then your just not a wrestling fan.......Or you just started watching in the past 2 years since hes been gone

what anyone of them think, Jericho owns all. They barely gave a reaction to APA, which shows they are worthless.

Probably something to do with the fact that they killed Jericho's return. Hyping him for weeks and weeks and weeks for him to return, wrestle Santino and then get dumped on by Orton last night.

I think it's a bit obvious too that Jericho is looking like the #1 candidate in the #2 position.
He's not coming off as anything special, except to the die-hards or band-wagoners.
He's been out-shined by Flair, and this week I think he's had the same treatment by HBK.
Jericho's just coming off like a gimmick of sorts. The garb does nothing for me, neither is the promos. The wrestling has been decent but it's a far cry from what Jericho has made his name off of- not to say he's lost his step, just a tad bit lax at the moment.

Too right, Y2J isn't a main event. I would put HBK there, I would put Kane there, Jericho isn't the saviour of WWE, he's the guy that says what people on the internet say and then gets smart mark fans. What the internet comunity thinks doesn't matter because if you say against it, like myself and 'The Best Around' are you automatically get bashed.
