4 time WWE Champion
WCW Champion
World Heavyweight Champion
TNA World Champion
that's 7, and 8 if you count the NWA world title which he never really held right? Or did he win that?

His IWGP third belt makes 8, not the NWA title... and olympic gold medals count as 'three' under TNA kayfabe law.
