So, I am really starting to like MVP, and have been a fan since his debut. He, IMO, deserves a WWE title run, or World Title run. He is improving in interviews, and is improving in ring skill AKA Vs Benoit, Vs Hardy.
So do you think MVP will ever be a main event player, or do you disagree?

Possibly one day,
but I don't understand why as soon as a guy starts to improve, everyone wishes he was the Heavyweight champion. Whatever happened to the days of guys like Bret Hart and Steve Austin who worked their way up, bringing value and prestige to an upper mid-card title like the Intercontinental belt.
I would rather see a guy built into a champion then reliving Orton's rushed title reign in 2004.

Matt has done a lot in his career, and his slowly building himself to Main Event status.

Matt and Jeff should each get reigns, as they have worked there ass off to get where they are

Not right now. He hasn't even been in the WWE for a full year and you already want him to be champ? I think next year he should start being in the run for the title.

Matt getting a WHC reign pretty damn soon. But let Jeff do some great things in his career {yes again} Maybe some cool ladder spots again. So he becomes really over again with the crowd. Then give him a nice reign.

Jeff isnt reliable enough to pull off a long title reign. Anyways, Matt should be champ because he is over and talented. MVP should wait till late 2008/2009 for a title reign.

It's probably possible in the future. But I guess it'll depend on his health

LOL @ people talking about a world title and a Hardy in the same sentence.
Anyway, I think MVP should be a main eventer. It's not like Smackdown has any other good heels

Oh wait, Cage won the belt in tna already. 500 bucks says that if Matt or Jeff go to tna, they will become World Champ

Last time I saw Jeff Hardy in TNA, he got squashed by Monty Brown and then no-showed a PPV PRE-SHOW MATCH. So no, I don't think a Hardy would win a match in TNA. And it doesn't matter if Matt has paid his dues or not. He is not main event material, and like his brother, he never will be.

I love how they've built up this mid-card feud between MVP and Matt Hardy. WWE recently have just put their focus on the main-event feuds and the mid and lower-mid card feuds have seemed like afterthoughts with little reasoning or significance. MVP had a really good feud with Benoit with great promos and intensity and his feud with Hardy is just as good. It's really nice to see a mid-card feud built up so nicely.

No, but if I remember correctly, Christian was a jobber on SD, until he was fired. WOW! As soon as Jeff Hardy was brought into TNA, he was MAIN EVENTING PPVs. The only real reason Jeff did not win the title is cause Jarrett was at the top and TNA was trying to keep a heel AKA Jarrett at the top. I will bet you Matt can win the World or WWE Title before he retires. Jeff>Christian
