I think it could be done with anyone. I never thought I'd see it with JBL, but it worked

What makes anyone here think Jeff Hardy could carry a main event feud as is? His colorful personality? His amazing mic skills? His infinite charisma? I like Jeff Hardy, but without cleaning up his look and delevoping his character he has no business being considered a main eventer regardless of how over he is. This man speaks the truth, thats exactatly what I feel about him.

He's insanely over, but is he good enough to be in the main event scene? No, but how many WWE main eventers really deserve it? people use the "deserve it" thing too much...who really "deserves" to be a champion for a pretend sport? they can make anyone a main eventer given the right push & circumstances. hell, edge is a multiple time champion and i see absolutely nothing interesting or worthwhile about him. now, i know a lot of people have the same opinon about hardy, but that's why they're opinions.

I think he should get the title. I mean, it's not like he doesn't go out there and give it his all. The fact that he is one of the most popular wrestlers on RAW helps too.

My two cents is that WWE will never do it. Can I see Jeff as WWE Champion? Absolutely; and now is the time to do it, but WWE won't ever. If they did, I'd be shocked.

Yes. Jeffs still the same guy hes been for forever, he hasnt transformed into this unstoppable machine, but hes pulling out those amazing unexpected victories, which is what guys the size of jeff hardy, muscle wise do. hes got good height to be in the main event, because on raw, i was shocked to see him directly eye to eye with HHH. so its not like hes too short.
hes talented, cleaned up his act, and is a great example of the underdog champion, in a realistic way (unlike mysterio)

I don't see anything great about him in the least bit, his promos are horrible, he doesn't have much in ring talent and just really is not someone I'd like to see carry RAW. Of course, all the things I listed makes him a prime candidate for WWE.

He should win at the Rumble than lose it back to Orton at No Way Out

He should win at the Rumble than lose it back to Orton at No Way Out God no, Hardy shouldn't win at all, it would be pointless for that to happen. This isn't coming from a I hate Hardy standpoint, but I honestly don't think Hardy will be getting the belt anytime soon if at all in his career,

Jeff has single matches better if not equal to Cena.. So what are you talking about?

I'm perfectly fine with Hardy getting the title shot at the Rumble, mostly because it won't be the main event and I know he isn't going to win, but it should be a really solid match.
I give Jeff a lot of credit since coming back. To be honest, when they re-hired him, I had a hard time believing he even deserved a job, buth e's done a great job at proving himself again.
I don't, however, see him as championship material.
I'd take him over Rey anyday, though.

I don't see how any real fan can call wrestling a fake or pretend sport. Yeah, we all know that the punches are pulled and the endings are predetermined, but that doesn't change the fact that you have to be highly athletic to be any good. And even some people in tremendous shape can't cut it. Either you have it or you don't, and I don't think Jeff really has it. He's all spots and filler, there's no real substance in his matches.
