Hi. I am looking to go to New York and watch the Royal Rumble at Madison Square Garden. Someone is offering me two tickets in Section 310, Row A for a total of $320. I need help from you experts who have been to Madison Square Garden... 1) Do you think these are good seats at MSG? Or will the wrestlers look like tiny ants up from this view? 2) Do you think these are a good deal for the money? Because I am aware the prices for these tickets are inflated. They probably normally cost maybe $80 before ticketmaster service charges and shipping. 3) Does anyone have some sort of photos of how my seats will look from this view, or have any experiences they can share from watching wrestling or other events from seats this high? 4) Are these true front row seats without any heads in front of me (for that section atleast)? Thanks so much!! Adding a photo of the seating chart below:

From what I have heard there is no bad seat in MSG, but I have not been there yet so I can not confirm that. But if you go here and click on the section the tickets are in you will get a shot the court from there. thegarden.com/seating/index.html

Thanks for your replies. Well, ticketmaster is sold out. I was looking at seats on eBay for comparison and it seems from all the escalated prices that two tickets for $320 in Sec 310 Row A may be the most acceptable seats as compared to the prices for anything else. I mean, isn't it better to be a section up but dead center versus somewhere on a corner but a section lower? I'm not quite sure, and even then the prices look higher than $320 if I went that route. What do you guys think?

If you have the money then go for it bro, those will be some killer seats. But if you would be interested in buying one seat, I have an extra ticket I'm trying to get rid of. Its in section 324, Row B, it would be the 4th seat in the row.

ive been to MSG one time and there really is no BAD seat but there are obviously better seats. $310 seems too much for those seats but thats only because I had SEC42 for $320 (WMXX)

No bad seats really in MSG, but you are bound to find something better for cheaper. Check Stubhub out. Maybe they have something.

That's way too much money to pay for such lousy seats

Those are not really lousy seats like some are saying. MSG is just a one level arena so the view is not going to be that bad from anywhere. These tickets would give you a perfect dead on view and you would not have to worry about signs or people standing up in front of you being the first row in that section.

I think you should check out Craiglist, Stub Hub and eBay or just wait until the WWE comes back to MSG (which shouldn't be a long wait) and try to buy the tickets from Ticketmaster before they sell out.

Are you high? Why would you pay so much for those? There's no bad seat in MSG, but still..you're severely overpaying..

Yeah, I don't go to WWE events, because for that price, i'd rather watch it at like Hooters or BW3's, for like 5 bucks, on a big screen.
TV viewers get better seats than just about anyone in the arena. But, to each his own. I'd rather pay 10-20 bucks for a really good indy show. But it would be crazy to attend MSG, but not for over 300 bucks.

I would honestly take them if I was in your situation. Not the best seats at the Garden, you get a good (not great) dead center view of the ring and entrance & the only people passing in front of you will be people going to the bathroom/concession stands. However, you would be paying about 2.5X the face value of those tickets. It's up to you, though. If you have that cash to spare, go for it.
If you have patience, I promise you that you will find a good deal through eBay. I found a ticket for Raw/SNME at the Garden this past August for face value, 6 rows from the ring and I was on TV all night that Monday and Saturday.

I was actual sit about same as where you were at MEN Arena when WWE RAW coming to UK. That was fabs chair, because You able to see the outside of the ringside, so you van see the wrestlers landing there at Rumble Match.

Well I just got back from the Knicks game tonite and I was in Section 418 Row A, which was awesome seats. They weren't bad at all. My section is 217 I think Row 5 (Last Row in 200's) and I checked it out before I left and the view was really really good. So Im sure that those seats would be awesome.
MSG has good seats because the seating arragment isn't high up it's more rounded outwards if you see what Im saying.

Hey guys, thanks so much for all your info. I know its expensive, but at the same time its hard to pass up dead center seats. If I could get center seats elsewhere for a better price I would do it.. But I checked eBay, stubhub, etc... and I didn't want to miss out on the event. I truely hope its a good one. Its my first WWE event live since I was 12 years old (27 now), and im taking my new gf. She just moved to USA from London a year ago. I myself just moved here to NY from Miami last month. Met her about 3 weeks ago, and we are official from this Saturday!!
