Descided yesterday to take the 5 hour journey up to Cape Giradeau MO for the RAW house show taking place at the shomecenter. Went up to the box office and bought whatever they had available which was a cheap upperlevel ticket but I did not mind (lady actually gave me back to much change so it was only $10)
Went over to where they were arriving and saw everyone arrive. Got pictures with Mickie James and Maria who were both very nice signing for everyone. Beth Phoenix arrived to some boos so she played her character and ignored everyone covering up her ears and calling everyone lowclass. Katie Lea sort of snuck by without anyone noticing her (you can see her in the background of one of these) Cody Rhodes who was riding with Beth Phoenix knocked Mickie James luggage on the ground while she was signing so she chased him up the ramp. Hardcore Holly signed and took photos with alot of people to my suprise. Orton arrived with his wife in a Limo.
The show got off to a slow start but picked up after intermission. It was pretty much sold out with a very hot crowd. Missing a few key names like Cena, HHH, HBK, and Umaga. Jericho might have been injured in his match. When he went for the lionsault Kennedy was to far away and Jericho did not flip all the way and landed on his neck. The ref did the X sign several times but he got up put Kennedy in the walls of JEricho for the win and they got him out quick, Not sure if I can remember all the matches but here is a try (winners listed first)
