Not saying this to start a fight, I just want to hear it from a Halo fan, some one who can tell me that knows the difference.I've been told that the Halo series is popular mostly for its multi player. I have played both Halo and Halo 2, and I just don't see whats so great about them. yea, it was fun. but I was tired of it in about 20 minutes. I find Warhawk to be an awesome game, and I think Halo and Warhawk are very similar. So, from a Halo fan, can you guys tell me what it is about Halo that makes it such a giant, immensely popular game? Really, just looking for an opinion, not looking for a fight. How is Halo even like Warhawk? I own both and they dont come close to each other. I think you have to be a fan of console FPS, to really enjoy halo. People who hate on Halo either suck at it or haven't given it a true chance. |

I think this may be the first Halo game that I actually want to play the single player mode on.

What makes Halo so great for me is the story, the campaign, the co-op play, and the multiplayer is also very fun.

A kid in my computer science class was telling some girl today how his buddie stole 5 copies of Halo 3 from K-mart and that he gave him one. I think he was full of shit, but who knows.

It's weird. Other than read a few reviews, I've pretty much avoided the glut of Halo information and video. In a way, i am glad, because Monday night will be more fun/surprising.

I agree with "Chris Crocker".
I've avoided EVERY video on Halo 3 except for the trailers shown on TV and the first trailer.
But today I did see a video of the pimped out Lockout as well as the flamethrower.
Pretty damn cool.
