I always rent guitar hero games anyway so the disappointing setlist wont effect me much. There are some songs I'm looking forward to so it may not be that bad. Same with me. But so far. I have bought both Rock Band games. Hopefully it can be 3 when ever RB3 is announced/released.

What could RB even improve at this point? RB3 really needs only to be a giant track pack with updated graphics and such.

Yeah, really. Maybe a better guitar too. I just went back to playing with the RB one after my second World Tour one broke. It's not exactly easy to use compared to any of the Guitar Hero ones. Sure it looks better, but it's almost uncomfortable to play with.

Showing stars you got on the songs, better graphics, maybe more ways to sort through you songs (like your ratings of them), maybe 4 vs 4 band mode online and system link. There is still some things RB can do to make it the perfect game.

In addition to characters, we need more instrument customization; similar to GHWT would be great. It just adds more of a personal touch for your characters if you design your own instruments.

I wouldn't mind RB adding real rock stars to their game. And then from there they could add DLC rockstars.

Weren't we supposed to get an update that added star rankings next to the number scores back in like June?

When was that announced? This is the first I'm hearing of it.

I'm glad you can justify $60+ mainly for one song. I'm still on the fence with GH5. Just so you know Spirit of the Radio =/= one song. It equals the entire library of all slipknot (and maybe more) Yeah maybe to you. Some might disagree, and that's your opinion, but if it came down to Spirit Of The Radio, or anything from Slipknot, and the one I chose meant I'd never get the other [just myself, not everyone], I would choose Slipknot over SOTR in a second. Not a moment's hesitation.

When was that announced? This is the first I'm hearing of it. I wanna say it was merobb who posted a link to an interview where an HMX team member confirmed it. This was back during the tail end of E3 this year.

So is this the largest thread these forums have had? If not, we have to be in contention.

So, we need more Smashing Pumpkins. I would like to see a full album release of Siamese Dream (already have Cherub Rock and Today) or even like... a Mellon Collie three pack with Tonight, Tonight, 1979, and Bullet with Butterfly Wings.
