It's the largest thread the VG board has ever had, if that counts for anything. And I'm sure that you could even include WF's inspiration and forefather, AFR, too.

So is this the largest thread these forums have had? If not, we have to be in contention. In contention for sure, but probably not the largest. The horror thread in Entertainment has been around for years and has even had a lot of it's posts deleted.. Ahh damn.

So, we need more Smashing Pumpkins. I would like to see a full album release of Siamese Dream (already have Cherub Rock and Today) or even like... a Mellon Collie three pack with Tonight, Tonight, 1979, and Bullet with Butterfly Wings. 100% agreed.

Is it just me, or is Raining Blood on GH3 easier on expert than it is on hard? I mean, I can't beat either but I get way farther on expert.

This is a question about Rock Band 2. I just bought it today and I have xbox live (silver membership) and I noticed that if you go to the music shop that there is a huge list of songs available to purchase with the use of points. Is there any way other to obtain points rather than buying them in the store or online? Like if you do the career tour -- can you get points that way? Or can you only get points by spending money. Any info would be appreciated.

No, you have to buy the points. That is the whole point o DLC is to make money. Occasionally there will be a free song. Or a promotion for free points. 97.34% of the time you got to buy them. They are 80 points for a $1. Most songs are $2.

Xbox thread wasn't always the Xbox thread. I originally created it as a Next-gen thread. It eventually just morphed into the Xbox thread. This topic has been strictly about this topic for since it started.

Either way, looking at the first five to ten pages of this thread, these games have come a long(x577) way.

May buy Semi-Charmed Life because ten years later I still think how did more people realize that IT IS NOT A LIGHT HEARTED SONG .

The mainstream audience won't notice what your song is about if you have a "Do Do Do" chorus.
Also, this thread has glitched and lost pages at least once, just to add to the discussion.

3EB? YES! I would have instantly taken that over Spinal Tap tomorrow.

I wish they would add this Tap album to the Pepsi promo list. I've got 6 codes, potentially 9, to use, and enough to buy 1 track so I could get 10/11 songs, so I'm not far behind, like late 2008. I got close to 3 months behind, and it took me forever it seemed to finally get caught up.

Id was a little worried that they'd butcher Big Bottom given that it's not exactly subtle in it's innuendo (or in-ur-endo, as it were). But everything is a-okay.
