i was planning on checking out 10,000 bc and the best way probably is in theater and i haven't gone to the big screen for a while..
obviously they had to change the marketing for the movie but i still hate how joker isn't the major focal point as much as he was. once again, it's understandable, but i was really into it.

I honestly don't get why showing the Joker is such a bad thing. Yeah, Heath Ledger died, but shouldn't they be hyping it up as his last film?

I honestly don't get why showing the Joker is such a bad thing. Yeah, Heath Ledger died, but shouldn't they be hyping it up as his last film? Because the Joker is overshadowing everything else in the film while he only has relatively minor involvement in the story. The story is mainly about Wayne and Dent and they want to get that across. Edit: Glad I'm not the only one who thinks 10,000 B.C looks like crap. |

I honestly don't get why showing the Joker is such a bad thing. Yeah, Heath Ledger died, but shouldn't they be hyping it up as his last film? they will when it gets closer to the release date.one of the reasons they changed the marketing was because they thought it was appropet(sp) and they didnt want to upset the family but recently the famliy told wb to do the marketing and merchindise the way it was origanaly planed and that heath would have wanted things to go on as they were planed.wb had also planed on having the joker marketing first and then move on to harvy dent. |
