I watched Frozen and didn't get a lot out of it. I thought it was kind of silly.

The Evil Dead musical was awesome guys. If you get a chance to see it go!
I got some video, but it's pretty rough, I had to be pretty careful about filming because they were pretty strict about there being no cameras, but I'm going to edit some stuff together in a few days.
Didn't get a chance to watch TCM: Next Generation yesterday, but I did watch the awful "Unborn" movie. I'm probably going to skip the gym this afternoon and watch a movie or two before the bar.

Random...but has anyone else here seen The Cube? I feel like watching that again. Really liked it when I first saw it. Its directed by the guy who made Splice. I love Cube. Really good movie, that was. Havn't seen Splice yet. I'll rent it when it gets a release over here.

Anyone familiar with Lucifer Valentine?
A lot of people in the youtube horror community have been praising him, I personally think his films (the "Vomit Gore trilogy") are overrated pieces of shit, movies that try to be overtly shocking usually lose the charm a lot of those older exploitation films have.
Plus the guy basically hounded every horror message board for a period of time talking about his films, his love of vomit, and his sexual relationship with his sister.

Picked up Never Sleep Again at Hastings. 18.99 price tag, but I snagged it for just under 10 dollars with store credit.
So we have a Freddy, Jason, and Michael documentaries, we need one encompassing the Texas Chainsaw films. They might not be as popular, TCM might not have as many sequels, but there's certainly a lot there to be discussed. TCM is probably my favorite horror movie following Night of the Living Dead.

There is actually a documentary based on the first movie called The texas chainsaw massacre: a family portrait. it interviews the entire cast and tobe hooper. its just a great insight to the hell they cast and crew went through to film that movie. It was later rereleased with additional footage and the same title with the word revisited added to the end. either version is very difficult to track down without paying a steep price for an original copy. if you have any type of horror conventions around you a vendor may have an "unoffical" copy. thats how i got mine, but thats shhhh anyway, searc around the net, you may have some luck. Watching The Uninvited as we speak. This movie has to be one of my biggest guilty pleasures. LOVE it. Really? Ive never bothered with it. Might have to give it a rental. Thats the one with Emily Banks right? My friend recently has lent me a whole bunch of TV shows on Blu so I will have to manage watching my horror daily plus some shows! Heres the list of the shows... Mad Men(Season 1) Breaking Bad (Season 1 and 2) Fringe (Season 1) The Sopranos(Season 1) Lie To Me(Season 1) Dexter(Season 1) Anyone seen any of them? Have good things to say? Any recommendation on what to start first.

Fringe is pretty good. The best on the list, though, is Dexter. I'm surprised you haven't gotten into it before now. It's INCREDIBLE.

Finally, after over a year of waiting and false starts, I watched H2 tonight.
My feelings are sooooo mixed about this movie. Some of it was absolutely amazing. Brackett finding Annie for example, proved that Zombie is an amazing film maker. Then he follows that up with horrible moments. My favorite parts of the movie weren't about Michael Myers which surprised me a little.
Two things I could not get over, the mask being off so often and Michael speaking. This honestly bothered me more than the white horse.
Overall, waaaaay better than I expected. A solid 7/10.
