There is actually a documentary based on the first movie called The texas chainsaw massacre: a family portrait. it interviews the entire cast and tobe hooper. its just a great insight to the hell they cast and crew went through to film that movie. It was later rereleased with additional footage and the same title with the word revisited added to the end. either version is very difficult to track down without paying a steep price for an original copy. if you have any type of horror conventions around you a vendor may have an "unoffical" copy. thats how i got mine, but thats shhhh anyway, searc around the net, you may have some luck. Picked up Never Sleep Again at Hastings. 18.99 price tag, but I snagged it for just under 10 dollars with store credit. So we have a Freddy, Jason, and Michael documentaries, we need one encompassing the Texas Chainsaw films. They might not be as popular, TCM might not have as many sequels, but there's certainly a lot there to be discussed. TCM is probably my favorite horror movie following Night of the Living Dead. I have seen that, it's actually not that difficult to find, there's some on ebay now for under 10 dollars. I want something updated though, something along the lines of the Never Sleep Again would be nice. The Saw movies had a handful of big names attached to them, from a seasoned actor like Hopper, to soon-to-be big names like Mortensen and Mcconaughey.

My friend recently has lent me a whole bunch of TV shows on Blu so I will have to manage watching my horror daily plus some shows! Dexter(Season 1) Anyone seen any of them? Have good things to say? Any recommendation on what to start first. My life would not be worth living without Dexter. Season 4 is just like, .

Actually mcconaughey and renee zellwegger have completely disowned that awful movie. that particular sequel is without a doubt the worst sequel of all time. im pretty sure viggo mortensen also doesnt acknowledge his role in tcm3. but i do agree, a comprehensive documentary based on all the films, including the remake and prequel, is necessary.

It'll come with time.
Just got back from seeing Let Me In. Blegh. It was alright, but I just can't stress enough how unesscary it was. Let The Right One In is better by a country mile. Still, it's always a pleasure to see Chloe Moretz on screen.

Just preordered my ticket for Paranormal Activity 2. If you do so you can the first film for free downloaded on Itunes. I promised my friend I would go with him so why not get a free movie with in? Bought an IMAX ticket for it.

Buz and Andrew (Cinematographer and Co-Director) from our movie helped make Never Sleep Again. They're talking about doing more of them, at least Daniel Farrands is, and I think everyone can agree they should, cover as many series' as you can.

Anyone familiar with Lucifer Valentine? A lot of people in the youtube horror community have been praising him, I personally think his films (the "Vomit Gore trilogy") are overrated pieces of ****, movies that try to be overtly shocking usually lose the charm a lot of those older exploitation films have. Plus the guy basically hounded every horror message board for a period of time talking about his films, his love of vomit, and his sexual relationship with his sister. Yeah, that guy. Saw his movies for sale at Weekend of Horrors, all look terrible. And am I supposed to be impressed he got Anton LaVey's daughter? People like that can go themselves.

Really? Ive never bothered with it. Might have to give it a rental. Thats the one with Emily Banks right? My friend recently has lent me a whole bunch of TV shows on Blu so I will have to manage watching my horror daily plus some shows! Heres the list of the shows... Mad Men(Season 1) Breaking Bad (Season 1 and 2) Fringe (Season 1) The Sopranos(Season 1) Lie To Me(Season 1) Dexter(Season 1) Anyone seen any of them? Have good things to say? Any recommendation on what to start first. Emily Browning, yes. It's pretty fun, you should give it a watch sometime if you're bored. I want to say more but I don't want to give anything away Actually, think Jer got confused, Elizabeth Banks is also in this movie, and that's who I think he was trying to reference. Or he just combined the two. I never watched Uninvited, or Unborn, both looked like equally terrible ghost stories.

Your right Sean I was thinking of Elizabeth Banks! I think shes a pretty good actress if placed in the right movie. Doesnt she play the weird step mom or whatever in the Uninvited? Thats probably why I didnt see it yet because I just couldnt see her in that type of role.

His name is just annoying, it's so stupid and pretentious. Have you noticed that there's no pictures of the dude, I haven't seen interviews either. I bet he's just a huge nerd using the whole "satanic" thing to get over. Give me real exploitation, that guy.

I hated Paranormal Activity, seemed to easy to be done. But then again it was just for a film festival in 2005. I like movie´s where you actually see the killer. Might get around to watching my two Jason´s I´ve had for over a year now and havn´t watched them
