hmm. I didn't like a lot of what was said in that early review. Hopefully they'll fix a lot of that stuff. The reviewer doesn't really understand that this isn't a remake of Halloween II. But he said he didn't remember the original Halloween II at all so that's rather irrelevant I suppose. He did say it was better than the first RZ halloween and I actually liked that one so I'll still give this one a chance.

Orphan was sick! I expected the twist to be a sort of Fight Club ending where Esther doesn't exist and the mom is just crazy but I was wrong!

Watched the Friday the 13th remake finally, and having not been familiar with any previous entries in the series (besides Freddy vs. Jason, and the original Friday), I really enjoyed it. The nude girls were hot, the kills were great (who saw that arrow one coming?), and it felt like a modernized 80s horror movie.
Oh, and yes, the re-creation of Pamela's death in the beginning rules.

I finally got around to watching "haunting in conneticut". The film was quite good, had it fair share of scary moments, and had a good enough story.

Wolfman gets pushed back to February, Clayton Hill (Dawn of the Dead) passes away, and Mezco loses the New Line license. Not a good week to be a horror fan.

Not liking what I'm hearing about Halloween 2 so far, but I'll wait for some more reviews before I decide whether or not to see it.
Get to see Orphan on Thursday.
