Who saw this last night. Things are really heating up on the best show on TV. I don't want to spoil it but if you saw it. Isn't this season great!! Episode 9 was the best one yet. I hate that I have to wait a week to see what's going to happen!!

I cant wait to see what happens to Doakes.....and everything is just yea...im so excited and kind of weary of the season finale cuz i think it will be a cliff hanger...hehe

I hope it's not a cliffhanger. I think Doakes will go to jail and dexter will walk. Well the way the posed was that Dexter was going to kill him, but tbh, he cant. If he does and they find the body, they will know it was another person...but then again if he leads them back there and lets doakes out and they find all that stuff, dexter "held against his will" and doakes, that could put him away...idk though |

I see Dexter making it out to look like Doakes kills himself. They are convinced its him, and close the case.

Lila will be dead before the season is over. She is too much trouble to dexter. Actually I rather like the conflict with Lila and hope it carries over into next season. ;D |

Dexter should kill Lila and make it look like the Bay Harbor Butcher did it. Then kill Doakes in some way that it looks like suicide and people will continue to assume Doakes is the Bay Harbor Butcher. Good ep.

Dexter killed his brother and made him look like a suicide, the Ice Truck killer wont end like the Bay Harbor Butcher. Lila or Doakes will survive. They wont kill both, because this storyline will carry on until next season somehow |

What he should do is make it like Doakes kidnapped him and brought him to that drug house to kill him, but he fought it and ended up shooting Doakes to protect himself. This would make sense since Dexter is already shot. All he has to do is leave his supplies there, but put Doakes prints on them. However, based off of the preview, he lost his opportunity since this plan would have had to be done the first night in order to explain his gun wounded leg. Maybe I over thought this, but it makes sense to me.

I was thinking the same thing but ended up with the same conclusion...but if the FBI tracked him out there or w/e and they thought doakes trapped him, it could still work if he stayed off the radar and didnt leave the cabin....i mean it would work a bit diff. but he could make it look like doakes was about ready to kill him....im intrigued to see what the writers of the show have in store... ;D |

He could follow Harry's code and that way he could take out one of his problems before seasons end and do it his way. First off, there was the Ice Truck Killer. No one suspected Dexter to be him, so he didn't push his killings off as his brothers work. Here that's what he would be doing. Make it look like Doakes was doing the killings all along. And no one other than his brother who knew his secret died. Here he can get rid of all of his problems by killing off Doakes and Lila. That is NOT the "exact same thing". And I saw the S1 finale too. |

Ah, but remember in this episode Dexter has flashbacks to when Harry says "What's number 1?" and Dexter says "DON'T GET CAUGHT". Later in the narration he says that he only kills to Harry's code, but he may have to make an exception to follow Harry's Rule #1. Which would entail killing Doakes to not get caught. What I'm more curious about, is how he's going to explain the bullet in his leg. |
