Nice to see a new animator. Tis more difficult for a poser to make the transition to animating then vice versa. Anyway onto the animation....... First thing I noticed was it already started before I saw it. Have the first frame set somewhere like 50 in speed as well as the last frame so there is a little pause before the animation. Next bit of advice would be to add more frames. As I said before, it is hard for a poser to make the transition because they're not use to having a frame for every little movement. Try making each frame the smallest movement possible so it's not choppy. Also work on your movements. Both were almost in the same position throughout the animation. So hopefully you take my advice and put it into use in your future animations.
