They Still have relations with NJPW and I think AJPW , and somewhat NOAH I think I'm wrong about the last one someone correct me. Some times they share each others talent.

I don't think they have ties with NOAH anymore becuase NOAH & ROH is buddy buddy & TNA & ROH aren't. If that makes sense but I'm not 100% sure.

They do business with whoever gets their guys booked. Joe going to NOAH for a few shows means that TNA and NOAH will work together, if NOAH likes their guys. I believe promotions have to go through TNA to booked their talent. I know they have working agreements with AJPW and NJPW, obvious with the 11/11 NJPW vs TNA matches in Japan and Wrestle Kingdom 2: TNA vs NJPW. Sabin won the AJPW Junior League this year.

The Joe/NOAH deal was done through Joe. TNA only had to grant NOAH permission to book him. There is no business deal whatsoever. Joe was going to work NOAH regardless if TNA allowed him or not.
