Look at the superplex in the posing bible.... make the positions like that one.

The superplex is far too stiff, and I don't even know what the other thing is supposed to be. These are beginner thread quality, but you've shown better in the past.

The first pose is really stiff but the editing is good ,for the second pose i am confused cause i am not sure if it is a chokeslam but it looks it is you should work on positions and if you can work on that i think you can make some good poses
