The run was pretty bad. You have to move his arms with the way he's moving. I didn't like how he just flew off the top of the ladder, I think you should have made a pic of him springing off the top rope. The SSP itself was kind of stiff for my likeing. And there is something about DDP's reaction that I really dislike.

This pose is bad. First off, in pic one, DDP has a pretty horrible position. He looks like an action figure, laying on the table. It doesn't look realistic. Again, in pic 2, Helm's hand is horrible. How many times do wrestlers, or humans for that, just hold their hand in that manner? Very unrealistic. Pic 3, the hand is STILL like that. You obviously didn't put much effort into the pose, seeing as how you didn't even move the arm/hand between pics. I sure would want to keep my balance while climbing a ladder, not holding my hand in odd ways and keeping my arm straight as I walk. The angles on pic 4 and 5 are horrible. You want to see the figure clearly, and everything around him clearly. I don't like how you had him just walk off the ladder into the shooting star. You should have had him stop and spring board into it. You basically had Helms floating in the air for pics 7 and 8. He moved in the rotation of the move, yet he stayed in the exact same position in the air. Gravity says you can't stay in the same position in the air for that long. Just because you needed room to finish the move, doesn't mean you can sacrifice realism. You really should have had a mid table break.
Ok, you seem to know how to use string and all, but you don't grasp how to make your pose look realistic. You need to work on positions. Maybe you should watch a clip of the move you are wanting to do, and try to copy it from the clip. It might help make the positions easier. Work on angles also, and making sure you pay attention to all aspects of the figure, rather than just some.
