I dislike both, but i am gonna go with SYxx, Punk has a better Grasp on Shelly's arms in Ultimate's, he is barely holding onto him.

SYXX - His pose has an awesome angle and for using a RA Cm punk he did a great job in positioning and all. Ultimate's is pretty good too but Syxx's attracts me more and i don't like how Edge's legs are all over the place.

-- SYXX -- clear pic, good editing, people seem to have trouble capturing the grasp of the arms on a PP pose but Syxx captured it very well, unlike Unlike Ultimate.

syxx-nice grip on the underhooks looks like he is coming off the ladder. its a shame really. ultimate should used DA superior articulation for a better grip by punk and make it look as if they were actually coming off the ladder
