dont be afraid to move the arms, better pic quality and lighting.. try to move the joints/bend them to avoid stiffness

use string...keep camera still...work on reactions..take mid air shots.
also work on lighting...
overall its really bad.... :x

ok i havent made a poses for a while so here are a few at the end is a hidden 1 i find funny. Hardy leg drop  Hardy Moonsault  Orton elbow drop to RVD who is moving off the stretcher  THE SUPRISE!  can i get more than 1 rate each pose please? |

Here are a few more Cross body from 2nd turnbuckle(yes in first pick he is meant to be sitting, plus no string  )      moonsault to sabu(its bad because it was the last 1 i did of the set and my arm started dieing!)  Front flip from sabu to a kneeling Matt Hardy(MY BEST EVER in my opinoun besides the easy swirly(swirly had no string)) |

megas legdrop is the best pose on this last page. Although Lashley lacks reaction. All his others are bad, although the flip from sabu is decent. Ultimates Pepsi Plunge is really good, he deserves to be drafted imo. Mushroom Stomps SSP is good, although it lacks difficulty.

Luke i really can't see what's going on in your pose, make sure the place you are taking the pose has a good source of light (sun, light, lamp etc.)
