From what I was told, the comic is for US sale and the poster is International. So far the only place to have series 7 here is Jumbo Video and they are getting the US sale versions. I grabbed Apocalypse last night and will probably get Hawkeye tonight. On a side note, does anyone know what the hole on the upper part of each arm is for? They look big enough for something to fit in there but I saw nothing in the package other than the fig and the base. I got the comic and I'm from the UK |

I got the comic and I'm from the UK I forget where I got the information from, but I remember finding that being the explaination going around for the comic/poster. And that was not long after the first series was released. I'm in Canada, and at WalMart and Toys R Us, I've seen the posters. At places that special order them the figs have the comics. Kind of a pain for me because some figs I got at WalMart and TRU, some I could only find at a movie rental place (like Phoenix and Juggernaut). I also find that the places that special order are on the current wave. TRU and WalMart have mostly pre-series 5 figures (WalMart has up to Wave 4, TRU may have a couple series 5) |

I just got back from Wal*Mart and saw an ML1 Iron Man with no mask. Probably a re-release or something. It's actually packaged with the mask removed, if I remember correctly. If there wasn't a mask in the package, it was probably left out accidentally. As for the comics vs. poster thing, specialty stores like video and comic stores have to order their stuff from a distributor. Distributors and the US mass market get the comic version. Huge chains like Wal-Mart and Zellers order their products dirrectly from Toy Biz, so the Canadian mass market gets the poster. Has ML even hit the mass market in the UK yet, Crimson? As far as I remember, UK has always gotten the posters in the mass market. |

Strangely enough, I have only seen Poster versions at my Wal-Mart recently. For some reason they've re-releasing series 4 and the mixed series (Cap, Punisher, Iron Man, and Thing?) at Wal-Marts with the poster. |

The only place to get them these days are comic stores, it might be different down in London though. |

Today i didn't have anything to do so i wentto TRU when it opened i walked in and saw so many ML series 6, they had a few of everybody Cable, Jean Grey ,Punisher, Wolvie, Juggernaut and 2 Deadpools i picked up the two Deadpools, Vision, Jean Grey and Juggernaut that made me a happy panda  |

Maybe he meant that there were lots of series 6, plus he found Vision from 7. The stores around me have "lots" of ML's. . . .that is, if you're hankering for a dozen Nick Furys and Sabretooths.  |

This might be a stupid question but does anybody like the storm varient in ML8 because i think it looks stupid, maybe they could of had a Silver body suit as a varient because i would love that.

action-figure.com is reporting that in the Phillipines the varients are more abundent then the normal figures. Such as the mohawk storm, and blonde hair black widow. As long as I got my the regualr figures ill be damn happy.

This might be a stupid question but does anybody like the storm varient in ML8 because i think it looks stupid, maybe they could of had a Silver body suit as a varient because i would love that. I don't mind the Storm variant. Not my favorite outfit of hers but I'd rather have that as the variant than as the regular. Now I just have to wait for them to start popping up here in Canada. |
