Sources state that HWA Superstar Cody Hawk and a group of investors have decided to buy the HWA from Jaxon Breeze and Les Thatcher..

What does this mean for the HWA...stay tuned

2 Years later....

2 Years after the shocking announcement of the HWA buy-out Cody Hawk receives a call from "The Lighting Fixture King" Maury Finkle.

Finkle-Mr.Hawk, I have a proposition for you. It involves you and I.

Hawk-I'm listening...

Finkle-Okay so check this out, I say you and I become business partners. If we hook up, with my money and your knowledge we could take HWA to the top.

Hawk- Alright, I like how you think. We have the superstars to do it, our 2 top wrestlers could be the 2 top wrestlers in the world in Dick Rick and the HWA Champion Pepper Parks. Plus I am in talks with 2 more of the best wrestlers. Your check book will help lure them.

Finkle- Alright so we have a deal, just sign the contract. Do it, Do it, okay......do it.

Hawk- Alright man, we have a deal...I will talk to you on Monday...but if we are going to take this to the top...we need a new name.

Preview for APW Throwdown # 1 on Fox Sports Net

The APW is going to start off with a band tonight on Throwdown. To kick off the new year, we will see Tony Mamaluke take on Brent Albright in a battle of honor. Also we will see Andre Hart and Davey Richards do battle for the APW TV title. And in the main even Pepper Parks defends the APW Championship against Chad Collyer.

APW THROWDOWN # 1

Brent Albright vs Tony Mamaluke

Brent Albright defeats Tony Mamaluke in 10:33 after making him submit to the One Night Stand Crowbar. After the match the 2 shake hands as a sign of respect.

Overall-53%

Backstage we see Pepper Parks getting interviewed about his match tonight against Chad Collyer. In this interview Pepper states that he cant wait for this match because He defeated Collyer to win the belt.

Davey Richards vs Andre Hart =0= for the APW TV Title

In a very very bad match Davey Richards defeats Andre Hart with the D.R driver in 4:43. After the match Davey Richards celebrates with his new title.

The Main Event For The APW Heavyweight Championship

Pepper Parks =0= vs Chad Collyer

In no surprise. the match of the night Pepper Parks defeated Chad Collyer in 15:45 to retain the championship after nailing him with the Pepper Spray. After the match Dick Rick and Pepper Parks Celebrate

After the match and there celebrating, 2 masked men storm the ring and beat down on Dick Rick and Pepper Parks. The 2 men take off there masks and they are revealed as HADE VANSEN AND JON MOXLEY. The South City Thrillers continue the beat down as Throwdown goes off the air.
