Same concept as Hero, but with a villian. It may not occur as often as Hero of the Day, but everyone likes a good bad guy once and a while.

Real Name: Yuriko Oyama (a.k.a. Lady Yuriko Dark Wind)
Class: Enhanced Human - Cyborg
Affiliations: Former host of Ogun; former ally of Sabretooth and Omega Red; former member of the Cyborg Reavers
Occupation: Criminal
Scale of Operations: Worldwide
Yuriko Oyama's father was Lord Dark Wind (Kenji Oyama), a Japanese crime lord and criminal scientist who created the adamantium-to-bone bonding process. She teamed up with Daredevil to free her lover, Kiro, from her father's servitude; when Darkwind was slain the devoted Kiro chose suicide to honor his master. Distraught, Yuriko belatedly embraced her father's ideals and sought to track down whoever dishonored him. Her trail led to Wolverine, whose skeleton had been bonded with adamantium. Deathstrike sought to kill him to right the wrong of the theft and thus restore her family's honor, but she was defeated by Vindicator of Alpha Flight. Yuriko then went to the Mojoverse and Spiral's "body shoppe" where she received extensive cybernetic enhancements including adamantium bones and talons.
Lady Deathstrike was once a member of the team of criminal cyborgs called the Reavers, led by Donald Pierce, who once managed to successfully defeat the X-Men. The Reavers have since been annihilated by the Sentinels, and Yuriko has been operating independently.
At times she has resigned her quest to kill Logan and has even worked with them cooperatively toward a common goal as she did in X-Men Annual 2000. (In this case the goal was to defeat Stryfe). However she still remains a mercenary and assassin. Despite all this, Yuriko is set apart from many of the X-Men's foes in that she adheres to an honor code. Yuriko is emotionally disturbed.
Recently, it was revealed that Deathstrike retains little of her physical humanity. As Rogue was unable to absorb her memories through touch as she could a normal human, Rogue concluded that Yuriko is currently more machine than human.e bones had been shattered in a battle with the crimefighter Daredevil, brought to his island. There Dark Wind replaced some of the Bullseye’s
broken bones with Adamantium substitutes, hoping that in return Bullseye would assassinate Japan’s minister of trade for him. Arriving in Japan intent on recapturing Bullseye, Daredevil encountered Yuriko Oyama. She sought vengeance on her father, both for scarring her and for the deaths of her brothers, who had somehow perished in Lord Dark Wind’s service. Moreover, the young man Yuriko loved, Kira, served in Dark Wind’s private army, and she did not want her father to cause him harm. Yuriko guided Daredevil to her father’s private island. Bullseye escaped from the island, and Yuriko herself slew Lord Dark Wind just as he was about to kill Daredevil.
After Daredevil himself left, Kira committed suicide in despair over his master's death. The shock of Kira’s death radically altered Yuriko’s outlook on life. She came to adopt her late father’s points of view. She became convinced that the mutant adventurer Wolverine had gained his own Adamantium-laced skeleton by the process stolen from her father. Hence, garbed as a female samurai and calling herself Lady Deathstrike, Yuriko led a number of her father’s warriors to Canada where they confronted and tried to kill Wolverine. Lady Deathstrike herself wielded a sword that gave off destructive energy. However, Lady Deathstrike was defeated by Wolverine’s friend Heather Hudson, now known as the second Vindicator.
After Lady Deathstrike's defeat, she was under (as yet unrevealed circumstances,) transformed into a cyborg by the other dimensional being called Spiral. She then led Cole, Macon, and Reese, three former Hellfire Club mercenaries who had themselves been transformed into cyborgs after a brutal encounter with Wolverine, in an unsuccessful attempt to slay Wolverine in Manhattan.
Shortly afterwards, former White Bishop of the Hellfire Club and cyborg Donald Pierce decided to assemble a criminal group of cyborgs under his leadership. Pierce called the group the Reavers and it consisted of himself, Lady Deathstrike, Cole, Macon, Reese, and three criminals, Bonebreaker, Pretty Boy, and Skullbuster. From their base in Australia the Reavers had launched a number of attacks against the mutant team of adventurers the X-Men and Wolverine in particular.
Lady Deathstrike proved more persistent of all the Reavers, however, pursuing her quest to retrieve her
father’s heritage on a number of solo ventures. At one point, her fanatical pursuit of Wolverine cast Deathstrike back in time to the Spanish city of Guernica during World War II and pitted her in a four way battle between herself, Wolverine, the mutant psychopath Sabretooth, and the feral Hunter in Darkness.
When the time-travelling mutant criminal Trevor Fitzroy sent mutant-hunting Sentinel robots to capture Donald Pierce, Lady Deathstrike was one of the few members of the Reavers to survive the assault on their Australian base. Following the Reavers’ dissolution, Lady Deathstrike has continued to plague Wolverine, although she always ends up thwarted in her attempts to slay her enemy. Lady Deathstrike was briefly possessed by the demonic spirit of Wolverine’s former sensei, Ogun, but Ogun apparently left her after another defeat by Wolverine.
Recently, Lady Deathstrike and the villainous mutant - Omega Red were hired by Sabretooth in a plan to yet-again, kill Wolverine. Although the scheme was almost successful, Sabretooth ultimately double-crossed his allies, and teleported away with Wolverine to Canada where they would be able to fight each other one on one without any interference from Deathstrike or Omega Red.
Lady Deathstrike is a cyborg with superhuman strength, speed and agility. Deathstrike's skeleton has been infused with Adamantium, rendering her skeletal structure practically unbreakable. Somehow, Deathstrike was able to survive the Adamantium bonding process since the majority of her human biology had been replaced with the various cybernetic enhancements. Exactly how she survived has never been explained. Deathstrike's fingers have been replaced by 12 inch Adamantium claws. Aside from being as indestructible as her skeleton, these talons are capable of slicing through virtually any substance, other than Adamantium itself. She is capable of extending these claws 3 times their usual length. Lady Deathstrike possesses an accelerated "healing factor" that enables her to quickly repair damage done to her biological and cybernetic components. Deathstrike was granted this "cybernetic healing factor" as part of an upgrade given to her by Donald Pierce. This upgrade occurred recently and she didn't possess this "cybernetic healing factor" as part of her original transformation. Although her normal form is obviously that of a cyborg, she uses disguises when necessary. She is an expertly trained assassin and is highly skilled in a variety of oriental martial arts. Lady Deathstrike is especially skilled with swords, and while she prefers stealth and subtlety in her killings, she is emotionally disturbed and this interferes with her effectiveness.
