How exactly did they come up with the cash to pay team WWF? They must have gotten one hell of a deal right lol ;D
Is the KOT worth checking out?

I imagine unlike some of the delusional wrestlers who still would like to charge a fortune for themselves 20 years on, Demolition and OMG are probably pretty affordable nowadays.

Yeah, it's not like Team WWF was Hogan, Savage and Warrior. But I can understand the confusion, still some wrestlers only wrestler for the recognition. Not the glorious paycheck.

The King of Trios is absolutely worth checking out. Especially now with SMV having a 25% off sale. All 3 nights are great, great, GREAT fun. I highly recommend all three shows.

AX wrestles regularly among tiny, tiny indy wrestling feds commanding a very small fee. He makes his money in autographs and pictures he will sell at a table. AX worked PWE in Dillsburg, PA a few months before KOT. Quack also worked that card. So I am sure they got together at that time, maybe exchanged some info. And though AX, he got Smash. And through Smash.....OMG. OMG is working as a prison guard and has not, to my knowledge, been taking any type of bookings in recent time. So I am sure paying for travel and a few bucks was worth it to them. I am sure Glacier cost more than any of those 3.
Also, if anyone has seen AX as of late..........wow. He has not aged well at all. He cant even paint his face like he used to. Its very sloppy and very crappy looking.

Ax also worked IWA Mid South in the spring 2007 for the Rule the School benefit show. He wrestled Tank in a relatively stiff match.
Like said, I'd assume they really didn't charge a hell of a lot, especially given the six man tag team format and the limited action really needed from each.

Actually I think they could have, as I saw a ton of classic guys at something called SWF, which is a local wrestling company near me. I saw Buff Bagwell, Lex Luger, David Flair, and Sting all at one show. I missed the others, but they have booked Raven, Disco Inferno, Sandman, and other people.
Also from what I know, SWF does not have a lot of cash.

Your lack of the concept of sarcasm displeases Glacier.

Everyone should know by now, you don't directly post Lyle's photos. Now we have Niles Young in this thread! Disgusting.
Raven Effect, I need to thank you. If you hadn't mentioned it, I would have not been able to take advantage of the ever illusive SMV 25% off sale. I picked up KOT, The PSU show and 2EABTO, and some classic CHIKARA.

I must say that King of Trios is probably one of the better tournaments ever. Not to mention actually history making.
