The show was in Bolton, Ontario instead of Toronto due to venue problems, the show was very good, and the crowd was very hot. Here are the results
Brody Lee def. Johnny Gargano, Shane Hollister, and Akira Raijin
This match was schedualed to be a Triple Threat, but Raijin was added last minuet, the match was good and seemed to be built around Lee and Raijin seein who is the better big man, The finish came when Brody Lee hit a HUGE big boot onto Akiria Raijin.
Ricky Reyes def. Jimmy Olsen
This match was good for what it was. The finish was very scary as Reyes knocked Olsen out legit. Olsen attempted a strange move that didn't really go over to well, it was like a powerbomb with a backflip, it's hard to explain but it looked cool, overall good match.
Sara Del Rey def. Jennifer Blake
This was the first ever women's match in UWA history, and it will be hard to top. The match was short, but very very good. Sara picks up the win after a butterfly suplex, great match.
Lionel Knight def. Chris Hero
Match of the night. Hero returns after a 2 year absence. The match was good, 2 false finishes which was dull, but the match was good. Lionel wins with a small package, which makes me think rematch.
UWA CANADAIN CHAMPIONSHIP Josh Prohibition def. Josh Abercrombie
The match was good. I didn't like that they put the 'Main Title' before intermission, kinda devalued the title in my opinion. But the match was good, Jpro wins with the drunken driver.
Claudio Castagnoli def. Matt Cross
This match had a lot of hype, and unfortunatly didn't really live up to the hype, however it was still really good. The crowd was HOT for Claudio, and he picked up the win with a Ricola Bomb.
UWA Lightweight Championship Dan Paysan def. Derek Wylde
This match also had alot of hype, but it lived up to the hype. This match was really really good, stiff, but not too stiff. The finish came when Paysan hit the Whoop-Drop off the top rope. After the match the crowd chanted please don't go, to Wylde as he's retiring in June.
UWA Tag Team Championship Up In Smoke def. The Flatliners, The Ring Crew Express, Hallowicked and Gran Akuma
This match was also very very good. The BLK OUT was suppost to be in the match but they no showed so the flatliners took their place. This match had some amazing spots, such as a yoshi-tonic off the top turnbuckle to the outside onto the rest of the competitors. The finish came after the flatliners went through tables, and Cheech hit the GO2CHEECH on Gran Akuma for the win.
Great show althogther, Definatly worth checking out on DVD.
