At that point in time, Raven was my absolute favorite character in the business and I remember being very disgusted with how the whole scalping happened. It made for damn good tv, that's for sure...

I just got Best of Bloodiest Brawls 2003 the other day so it was my first time seeing it all the way through and maybe it's just cuz it's been hyped up but I didn't think it was that gruesome don't get me wrong he didn't hold anything back and really gave it to Raven but just not THAT bad

It makes me wish they still had Vampiro. The New Church might have been the best stable TNA will ever have. I hated how once they went to TV they had to disappear because FSN said "they can't have groups like that be shown in a negative light".

I remember watching that when I was 12 and I was scared to get haircut because I never seen someone bleed when getting a haircut.

Sheer greatness. I remember I started watching TNA back in the summer of 2003 when the Shane/Raven feud was really heating up. I never did see the match until I got the Best of Raven DVD but it was really good. We got to see Shane puke during the match and Raven get scalped.  |

Brutal. If you look closely, you can see he still has the scars from that on his head today.

That was pretty vicious the way he was shaved. Seeing as Mitchel went literally into his scalp. They used sheep shears and Mitchel used it the wrong way so the blades were going straight into his head. |
