I just got my full set of Marvel Legends 12 from my folks for Christmas. This is a damn sweet set, tons better then 10 and 11. I think my favorite figures from the set are Sasquatch, Iron Fist, and Wolverine. Hulk is pretty good and so is Bishop. I didn't think I would like X-23, but I am glad that I have her now, pretty nice little figure.
And I know this is off topic, but I also got NECA's 20'' Gandalf from the Lord of the Rings. Damn is that thing huge and damn awesome.

Three days ago...
Well, I am no longer a Marvel Legends virgin, as whilst strolling the store for floss (Oral-B Ultrafloss; great stuff, by the by), I took a stroll down the toy aisle and found myself staring at a Mister Sinister all alone amongst a sea of Spidey's and Black Panther's. I decided to save the poor bugger, and now he (and Black Panther) reside near my desk.
So, what's out there that I should look for? From what I've read, I'm interested in that Astonishing Wolvie.
;D

Astonishing Wolive is in ML12 which is starting to slowly pop up on shelves. That Spidey that you saw. Yeah, not worth it. The only reason to really get it is to complete the Sentinel, which, is my favorite Action Figure related item in my room.
So, yeah. MarvelLegends.net for pictures, Fwooshnet.com for news and forums and stuff.

For Christmas I got the Fearsome Foes boxset and Hellboy Comic Kriegaffe #10 from my girlfriend. Not bad.
And with some of my Christmas money, I just purchased ML 11 Scarlet Witch for $21 plus shipping on eBay. ML 11 will finally be complete.

I got more gift cards and money, so I'm going to brave the crowds, and attempt to atleast get started on series 12. Chase, I know how you love the Marvel females. Unfortunately, there are very few decent female figures out there. But I would recommend the movie Invisible Woman.

Storm is a nice quality female ML... not a fan of the negroes, but I don't think they could have done her much more justice. I love her base too... eventhough its destined to fall out of the wall any second now.

I have absoloutely no problem with Phoenix, aside from the fact that she was a pain in the ass to find.

I have absoloutely no problem with Phoenix, aside from the fact that she was a pain in the ass to find. I still need to get her. As for ML 12, I'm glad no one in 11 interests me, as it gives me time to fill out my collection. ML 12 bores me too... Wolverine looks cool, but I already have 2 wolvies... no need for him. Iron Fist is a must have, sasquatch is a maybe, and bishop is a must have... other than that, my most "must have" figure in the line is actually the huge ass apocalypse.

I wanted everyone from 2 anyway, except X-23. But in her case, the black version looks a lot better than the purple one. Even though I already have the ML 7 Apocalypse, I'm not going to pass up a bigger version.

Even though I already have the ML 7 Apocalypse, I'm not going to pass up a bigger version. Bigger is better... he looks simply menacing. If I can get figures like Maestro, X-23, etc for cheap, I'd get em just to assemble apoc... but worst case scenario, I'll just try to buy the parts cheap... I just don't want to pay 8$-10$ delivered for an apocalypse torso when I can get x-23 for 14$ delivered or so... that makes no sense.

I have absoloutely no problem with Phoenix, aside from the fact that she was a pain in the ass to find. I can go out and buy one from a comic shop for 35 dollars.....so I think I'll stick with eBay. In ML12, I'm going to get the whole series, because I NEED that giant Apocolypse. I just do. ML7 is great and all, but GIANT GOD DAMN Apocolypse is all the sweeter. In the set, all that interests me is Wolverine and Bishop, but I'll have to everyone....

Which is the best version of Bullseye to get? There are different variations... I can't seem to decide.

Well, in ML9 grinning Bullseye is the varient, and I think has a more grey shade of white on his suit. It's really personal preference I'd suppose.

I have both Bullseyes, and I have the regular version displayed, and the variant MOC. Personally, I like the brighter color on the regular version, and I like the sneer over the variant's insane grin. Kind of depends on your taste.
