I was on the YouTube homepage and I saw this: This is the first time I've seen ROH on the Videos Being Viewed list. Very cool, but it speeds by so quickly I wonder how you noticed that. Interestingly enough, seen WWE and TNA ones pass by, but cool ROH is getting noticed too.

Nigel/Aries confrontation was hilarious. Listening to Nigel whine and moan about how hard wrestling is was really entertaining. ROH has been so lame lately.

Speaking of which, does anyone know what the 'wanker' in the crowd yelled to set Nigel off? Just curious... it's next to impossible to make out on the video.
Also, does anyone have an idea of when the next 33% off sale is on ROH's site?

The guy said "waaahhhh" very loudly.. I thought it was hilarious... I thought it was a what chant which would be an all new low at an ROH show if true. I mean, seriously, let that chant die.

WOW. The "wanker" you guys are talking about is Warren Edson who wrestles as Alex Cross in the BYWL's UCW from Cooperstown, NY. He yelled "Waaah! Shutup crybaby YOU SUCK."
The UCW guys told me about this a few weeks ago when I was hanging out with them in Massachusettes. Weird that it came up here.

Does the BY in BYWL stand for backyard?
If so than please dont say he wrestles. He "horses around with friends".
If it stands for something else, than ignore above statement.

Sorry to say but that's called putting yourself over, the guy you mentioned, and nothing to be proud of when you attend a wrestling event. I mean it's fine and good if you get noticed or whatever, but kind of lame to parade about it.

While on the topic of people trying to get themselves over, at the first night of GBH6 through the entire Davey/Delirous match the guy who sat behind me would yell out give him a back scratch. He went on to say that if it worked on Smackdown vs Raw it would work there.

I just thought (and know) that some people here may know Warren but may only know him by Alex. Yeah "BY" stands for backyard. UCW is a backyard fed it's true. A few of the kids from up there just started their pro training a few months ago. They're not bad kids and trust me I've seen it, the backyard world is nothing like it used to be. There's legit talent out there.
Yes. I wrestle in the indy's. I'm trained. I used to backyard. I still have friends in the backyard scene. Flame me if you wish. No skin off my back, dudes.

For Christmas my dad picked me up about 16 weeks of NOAH from a Japanese shop about an hour away from my house.
It was my first real chance to see any of the NOAH product, but damn it impressed the hell out of me. I was really impressed by KENTA and Marifuji. One of the matches was the Marufuji and Kota Ibushi vs. Taiji Ishimori and KENTA match from the Summer Navigation Tour '07. That was spectacular. I'm really digging Kota Ibushi.
I definitely see myself getting some more tapes in the near future.

I love my iPhone, best gift ever. (goes back to enjoying the holidays and his iPhone) I like to have every single major electronic gadget available. However, iPhone seems like a big waste of money. I'm glad you enjoy it......but I just cant imagine using it.

I'm glad you enjoy it......but I just cant imagine using it. Trust me, I shared your sentiments, but it's not a waste at all. The only thing it doesn't do is play DVD, VHS, or make me a nice savory meal; Other-wise it has me set, I'd still use my own computer, but I've found myself reliant on it and mastering it. It's a cool deal. And speaking of deals, word is my parents got a deal on it... no it's not hot, but they got it for not 700, 600, or 500, but $399.99. They're now back up to 7.

Out of all the new wireless electronics out there, I have to admit that the IPhone looked to be one of the more usefull ones, my brother got one of them. Soon, everyone is just going to have a watch/wristband that is all that stuff in one.
Anyways....im really excited....for the first time in a LONG time..
I found out today, that my buddy Brett is going to ROH in Dayton on January 25, and i get to go. MY FIRST ROH SHOW EVER! Of course after hearing this card...We are coming to Dayton from Indianapolis.
Steel Cage Match: Hero vs. Nigel, Danielson vs. Tyler Black, and Briscoes vs. Evans/Ruckus, plus the announced wrestlers....im hyped for my first ROH show. and for 15 bucks, i could def. NOT pass this up!
Anyone else going?
