 I picked up all 5 of this set today. I actually never read Long Halloween, but I picked up the trade for it as well. The art is a little funky, which resulted in some funky figures (especially Batman), but it's kind of nice having a different looking Batman. |

They just came out this week. It's DC Direct, so you'll only find them in comic shops, or on ebay. They were 11.99 a piece.

Yeah, I really like Hatter, Catwoman, and Two Face. I wasn't so big on Batman and Joker, but I got a discount on the set, so I figured why not.

I think Sale is one of those great artists whose art just doesn't translate well to 3-D. The same thing happened with Frank Miller's Dark Knight Returns series. I just don't think those look good at all.

I just don't think those look good at all. I think they look great, and i also liked the DKR set. Long Halloween is my favorite graphic novel. I thought the set wasn't due out till Februrary. I will pick them up off Ebay, as they look great. Tim Sale is my favortie artist. FYI, the Knightfall set comes out next month too. |

It was weird, because these were due out in Jan./Feb. However, the Identity Crisis series 1 was supposed to come out in December, which it didn't.

So I got my set today, which they are totally friggen radical, and I can't seem to figure out what the wirey looking thing that came with Catwoman is, and where to put it. I could look through the issues to find out, but that'll take way too long for this lazy kid. Do you happen to know what it's for? |
