Whats up guys. I currently dont have either dvd. I just kind of wanted to know what your take on both dvd's are. Are they really good? Or just kind of okay?
(Of course I'm talking about the WWE produced version of these dvd's)
How does the the triumph and tragedy of world class compare to the heroes of world class dvd?
Thanks for the help guys!

I do have both the WCCW and AWA DVD's and they are both great. Even though they are both great, I liked the WCCW DVD just a bit better. Not really sure why exactly, but I just enjoyed it more. Not saying the AWA DVD isn't enjoyable because it certainly is, just for me, I liked the WCCW DVD better, that's all.
You might be totally different, but that's just how I feel. I don't have the Heroes of World Class DVD, nor have I seen it. I'm sure it's good though. Probably even better than the WWE version.
If you can, pick up both the AWA and WCCW DVD's. They are both worth picking up for sure, especially if you like the old classic wrestling days.

See, while I've been a die hard wrestling fan for 20 years, I never got into WCCW or AWA. But now I definitely want to - and I think both would be a good start. Do they both contain documentaries?

^ Yeah, for a certain part on the AWA DVD, they do a documentary part and then they get into the matches. As for the WCCW DVD, the 1st disc is basically all talking and documentary, which is good.
Actually very good because you get to hear the back story and all the tragedy surrounding WCCW. It's pretty sad because you have Kevin Von Erich talking about death after death after death in the Von Erich family.
And the recent late Gary Hart is also featured on there with him talking about another wrestler that had passed away, Gino Hernandez and how he couldn't have a picture of Gino in his house because it was too heart-breaking because Gino died way too young.
But, like I said, they are both great DVD's and are both worth picking up.

I'm gonna grab both _ I just wanted to know how the Dvd's are. What other wwe dvd type documentaries are good? I've got most of the main stuff - never saw the WWE managers dvd - is that any good?

Yeah, I'd say the WCCW documentary is better. I guess I just found it more interesting or something. As for the managers DVD, that was decent as well. Another one I really liked was the "Superstar" Billy Graham 20 Years Too Soon DVD. That one was great. The Brian Pillman DVD was good too.
