In a recent interview with Fighting Spirit Magazine out of the UK, Kurt Angle stated that after Jay Lethal beat him a few months back on PPV he actually cried backstage. "It's like beating Stone Cold or The Rock."
Angle also blasted the WWE about an incident when they refused to let him work a lighter schedule: "Well screw you Vince. I gave you seven years of my life and five broken necks. F**k you!"
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Days after TNA discussing the possibility of taking the promotion on a less gimmicky path, there are rumors that they could add a special interactive PPV to their schedule, similar to WWE's Cyber Sunday. TNA want at least half of their PPV events to have an identity (like WWE's Royal Rumble etc). So far they have the all cage PPV coming up which is Lockdown, Destination X's Ultimate & Elevation X matches and Bound For Glory - the supposed Wrestlemania of TNA.

Five broken necks? Is that even humanly possible?

Kurt Angle should never be compared to Austin or Rock.

Here are some more ideas that would give any TNA PPV a strong identity:
* A PPV that looks decent from top to bottom * A PPV that doesn't look like TNA tried to fit every man, woman, and child on it * A PPV where all the titles are actually defended * A PPV without rediculous gimmicked wrestlers and matches that would make any self-respecting WWE fan reach for the clicker

Five broken necks? Is that even humanly possible? Not unless you're one of two Siamese twins and even than, it's quite the impossibility. Oh and anyone surprised TNA is in the WWE's trash again?

I figured someone would say that. |------Austin/Rock | | | | | | | | | | |------Angle But he won a Gold Medal with a brokin' freakin' neck! Hmmm..... 6-Time WWF Heavyweight Champion Won championship three times at Wrestlemania on the main event. 2-Time WWF Intercontinental Champion 4-Time WWF World Tag Team Champion (with Dude Love, Shawn Michaels, The Undertaker and Triple H) 1-Time WWF (Unsanctioned) Million Dollar Champion 1996 King of the Ring winner 1997 Royal Rumble winner 1998 Royal Rumble winner 2001 Royal Rumble winner Only wrestler to win the Royal Rumble on three separate occasions. Not to mention he put on some of the greatest matches ever, most noted with the Rock, Undertaker, and his amazing everlasting feud with Vince that had no goofy crapinvolved like a midget, shark, or Vince's wife dating a missused upper mid-carder. vs [Roid Raged induced voice]A BROKEN FREAKIN NECK[/Roid Raged induced voice] ......Steve Austin wins. And here goes TNA with WWE's ideas. There is nowhere for the TNA marks to turn now. WWE put Interactive PPVs on the map, so yeah, TNA took it from the WWE's least profiting and arguably worst PPV they ever put on.

I want to make a list of everything Kurt Angle exaggerates.
In the past few weeks Angle claims: *TNA's ratings have doubled and go up every week *the TNA video game will outsell every WWE game ever *people will never buy another WWE game after playing the TNA game *he had 5 broken necks in WWE

Anyone hear the podcast Angle did with The Sun's WrestleCast a month or two back? He said Chris Benoit pulled him aside about a year before the tragedy, and said he was being "driven into the ground" by WWE and needed some time off? That's all well and good I guess, or maybe not, but anyway, he went on to say that Benoit told him "I'm ready to snap". "I could see in his eyes, he was fixing to kill somebody", he said... ... I sh*t you not, he seriously said that. I had a hard time believing anything Angle said, or taking anything he said seriously, but that was the icing on the huge ing cake for me.

Mr. Perfect, Roddy Piper and Ricky Steamboat were never WWF champions. So, they suck? or does that mean some wrestlers are better than them?

Can we just make the TNA part of the board into a Bill Brasky board?

Sure he put on some great matches but so did HBK, Benoit, Jericho, Flair, Taker ect. Angle was never the biggest draw, not even close. Angle was never the biggest face/heel. He was just a guy to have a good match with and possibly put someone over. Austin carried a company on his back drawing the highest ratings ever, along with Rock and DX. His merchandise went sky high on sales. Austin was the main reason the WWF finally beat WCW in the ratings. Again, what has Angle done compared to Austin? Hell I would even say I can name just as many good Austin matches as you can Angle matches.

Honestly, how many great PPVs has WWE had recently? A few. I can't say the last time I watched a bad TNA PPV (I didn't see LockDown's PPV, but it didn't sound to great. Slammiversary 07 was decent at best though)

I did said that Angle is better than them, because yeah, Austin and Johnson had to many entertaining matches, but the matches that Angle had/has are a whole different thing. I just realized that what is a good wrestling match to me, its a whole different thing to you, and I will respect that.
