I am sorry to disappoint those who were anticipating the full monty in my thread style glory, but this is just too brief to worth any sort of real effort.  As reported at MovieBlog, X-3 has been given its "offical release name." Here we go... ...one moment... ...are you ready? X-Men: The Last Stand Yes, another lame titling by executives who probably think "X-Men 3" is a bit too simple. Honestly, could they be more uncreative? Sure, it's not as laughable as "X-Men United", but it's still quite feeble. |

That is rather ..... yeah. I kinda liked the whole "Mutants United" some title, but it was more known as "X2." This should be called X3..... period. That's where they should keep it. X3, X4, X5.... ect

X2-X-Men United was the worst title ever. Of courses the X-Men are united, they are the  ing X-Men, that's what they do, they unite over the bad stuff. I know it was because the Brotherhood joined up with them, but Magneto isn't an X-Man is he?  This subtitle isn't so bad. Sure, I'd prefer none, but at least it's better than X-Men United. |

Actually, in an arc, Magneto becomes the leader of the X-Men, and of the school, in replacement of a figuratively dead Charles Xavier. In fact, he also adorns the name Michael Xavier, and the identity of Charles' cousin.  |

I'm guessing this film will be based around Genosha and the Sentinels, but who's to know (as I haven't been able to find the script >:[ ). |

They're saying it's the end of the saga, that the movies worked as a trilogy.... are they smoking some sh*t? X-Men and X2 weren't at all tied together, and from what I've read about The Last Stand... neither will this one. Meh, F*ck off X-Men movie franchise! /rant

Thats why this trilogy sucks and at this rate it is head in the direction of the old Batman quadrilogy. They dont tie together. It took them forever to introduce certain characters and waste a whole movie jus introducing one. 1 = Logan 2= Nightcrawler 3= Beast. It just is so stupid I would rather have 3 movies where all the characters are just there having some adventures from the comics. Maybe a little backround for each and a little more for logan but still I want comic and cartoon stories not ing the mutant machine, strikers little personal vendetta and a blue demutant serum. I want Sinister, Sentinals and magneto. Three movies and nothing is established. |
