Dammit. I keep getting more. I can’t go all the way in though I have to stop somewhere…I picked up Beachhead because he was one of my favorites as a kid, I never got him in ‘86, and when I decided I really wanted him it was Spring of ‘88 and he was nowhere to be found. I finally found him at some hole in the wall mom and pop shop that sold Joes along with SciFi and Mainframe, and a couple of Vipers and BATs along with other ‘86 and various ‘87 guys I already had. They also had a Stun (which I hadn’t picked up) I picked up Beachhead, SciFi and Mainframe, as well as 2 BATS and 2 Vipers (I had one of each at home but I even then knew that there were many of those guys, and I had 4 Cobra Troopers and 4 Crimson Guardsmen, and two Cobra officers so I was actually army building haha). I also convinced my Dad to pick me up the Stun. STORYTIME OVER…mercifully…haha… also preordered Storm Shadow ‘84 on Entertainment Earth. Of course why have Stormshadow without Snake Eyes. So I picked up Snake Eyes and Timber 2 pack off of Pulse for $42 and Tax. And finally Preordered the Crimson Twins on Pulse…and will probably go for retro card Baroness, Gung-ho and possibly Destro. *sigh* if they make a more retro Duke, and Roadblock with Ma Deuce…I’ll bite,,,if they make Shipwreck, I’ll bite. When they drop the Chrimson Guardsman, I’ll bite x2. But the guy I’ll 100 percent bite on if they make him is if they do Footloose. Especially in a retro ‘85 look. That was my favorite figure as a kid because it reminded me of what Imthought my dad looked like in ‘nam. The fatigues, the mustache, the M-16. He looked like my dad on the card art and the figure reminded me of my dad…my dad is currently going through radiation and Chemo for Lung Cancer. He’s going to get through it…he’s gotta…but I want Footloose to be made in this because he was my favorite Joe.

Crimson Guard looks awesome need a few of them, probably eventually will get a Python Patrol version. Rumored next wave according to the fwoosh, Wet-Suit, Hit&Run and Serpentor with Air Chariot, might be the rumored Ariel.
Teased Road Pig, I would think Zandar is next to finish off the trio of Zartan, Zarana, and him. Hopefully the Viper 3 pack does well enough to bring out more troop builders.

Man, these 6 inch Joes look great but I already went all in on the 4 inch Anniversary lines and paid big bucks for those. If I didn't get those, I would definitely get these. I'd army build the heck out of those.

Gonna be a hot seller too....Im pre ordering it the minute BBC in Ireland lists him I preordered the moment he was on Amazon because I've been waiting, too. He looks amazing. Super7 showed off their new animated Joe Ultimates wave. Storm Shadow looks pretty awesome in that line, too. I may have to pull the trigger there. |

I don't think anyone has any Ultimates in hand yet to compare. If I were guessing, I'd say Ultimates are a bit bigger (they seem much taller than the ReAction figures). |

I preordered Destro and Gung-ho from Walmart. I’m not sure I need the Destro, but it got me free shipping and I can always return it if I just want to stick with the one I already have.

i was looking at Destro/Baroness/Lady Jaye and really didn't notice any difference from the previously released figures...am I missing something? I think Destro has some slight changes in his paint apps, but the main things is he has eyebrows like in the cartoon. Baroness does not have the gold highlights on her gear that the figure with the bike had. More of a classic look. Lady Jaye's outfit is a lighter green, more like the original 3 3/4" figure's outfit, and supposedly has better face paint/printing. Not enough difference in Destro and Baroness for me to order them, but I do like this Lady Jaye better than the previous one. I got a preorder in for Jaye and Gung-Ho. |

Just won a ninja force Storm shadow MOC Very happy as that was one of my fav figs growing up. I have that figure. Kickass SS. It was his first GI Joe version of SS following his turn from Cobra. The only thing I didnt like about it was it had a stupid action feature. His first figure as a Joe was in 1988 series man. Very similar to NF though with the hood etc  |
