bad guy™ I am REALLY digging Death Parade! It's got a bit of a Hell Girl vibe. Is never heard of it before, thanks for the recommendation. I got a bit of a late start so I'm only episode 5 or 6 so I'll check back in when I'm further along. Right? Decim is an awesome character, but any scene with Nona and Oculus is always great. Plus, the Bradio and Last Theater provide great opening and closing songs respectively. That last episode... What. The. . That's the first time in a while that I was genuinely surprised by an ending. And it's even more rare that it's a good surprise. I can't believe this isn't more mainstream. I would love to have both themes in my Spotify playlist.

When Nona is drinking, in the background our heroine is ice skating passed Decim, who's applauding her. Following scene is Nona playing DDR with her face in the shrine, and the final bit is Decim carrying her to the elevator, strings detaching as he moves forward. Decim's struggle, showing he's got humanity and not just one of Oculus' puppets, was so impactful. How this show didn't get mainstream I dunno. It managed to get dubbed so that's a plus, but damn this show had the ability to be so OP for a one off series. I guess it just didn't have potential staying power.

Yeah I caught the figure skating bit but I missed Nona's face on the shrine.

Noone watched Devilman Crybaby then? If you mean Devil May Cry, then yes. It wasn't great, but respectable.

Anybody know roughly when the Dragon Ball Heroes English subbed will drop? I’m assuming 5am-ish UK time.

Disappointed Super Dragon Ball Heroes is only 9 mins long but it was good. Not a fan of Goku’s Capsule Corp gi though.

Is it just supplemental story info that fills in little gaps along the way? Apparently it’s an anime based off the 2010-2013 Nintendo 3DS game. I don’t really know much about it myself or how it works because Super Saiyan Blue wasn’t introduced until 2014-2015? but here’s episode 1 if you wanna watch it:

Finally found an anime I couldn't finish. Clannad After Story. I've suffered broken hearts from shows and anime before, but never like this to the point where I quit watching before the end of the series. Just...too depressing.

Yeah I caught the figure skating bit but I missed Nona's face on the shrine. When you gonna be up for more recommendations my brotha from a far away motha? Probably another week or two unfortunately. In the meantime I recommend any film by Satoshi Kon, especially Paprika and Tokyo Godfathers.

Kinda pissed about how they ended My Hero Academia this season.
Music Girls finished nice. Angels of Death had a nice set up for season two, as did Phantom of the Twilight. Let's see where fall/winter takes us.

I finally caught up on the Attack on Titan manga yesterday.
I'm starting My Hero Academia's manga now from where season 3 left off.
I still need to watch the most recent episodes of Angels of Death and Steins;Gate 0, but I might just be prolonging the latter because I don't want to admit to myself that the series is over.
I'm in the minority of those who are excited for Tokyo Ghoul:re season 2, but I do also intend on reading the manga so I can have the "proper" experience.

Think Zack and Rachel will be able to coexist long enough to get out or nah?

Think Zack and Rachel will be able to coexist long enough to get out or nah? At this point, I think they will considering Rachel's on her "Zack is my God" phase. What I don't understand is why Rachel being a murderer would make Zack change his opinion on her. I know he said he hates liars and all of that, but I don't feel that he'd immediately turn on Rachel for something that she couldn't remember.
