Depending on your definition of God, yes. But I dont believe in most of the stories told in religion. Actually, I'm going to go with this one. Same with me... also, i don't know if i believe the ideology that is given to us about god, but i believe that there is some sort of higher power |

This has been done many times before. Every survey I've seen in the US has belief in God upwards of 95-99% depending on how you define "God". It's pretty much a given here in the States. Atheists and agnostics make up about 20% of the US. |

That's a close minded remark if you dont mind me saying so, condemning someone to hell because they choose not to believe in things that have no actual proof is borderline evil. If there is a God the way you put it makes me believe he's a dictator and punishes people for having common sense. Really whether you get into heaven and hell should depend on the kind of person you are not what you believe. |

I believe there is a higher form of life, that walks among us as one of us. Not some old dude with a robe sitting on a cloud. i also believe that this higher forms counterpart also walks among us.
in other words i believe in a more powerful being, that lives like one of us and his/hers counterpart also lives as one of us. it sounds stupid but it sounds better than what the bible tells.

This is one of the reasons you'll never catch me trying to learn about religion. 1) Because I cant stand to go to a church and have everyone tell me how wrong i am for having my own beliefs and not believing in some stories that sound like they're straight out of a kids bedtime story 2) I never ever want to turn into the guy who tries to force his religious beliefs down the throats of everyone else. |

It really depends on how you think about it, the main theory of science is that two balls of enery came together to create everything now you could look at this many ways, such as where did these balls of energy come from, someone must have put them there and if they've always been there doesnt that make these balls of energy God in some respects as God can be defined as something that has always been. You could also argue with the concept of heaven and hell and say that one ball was nothing but evil(hell) and the other completely pure(heaven) so thus creating balance. There's also the domino theory where everything is here because of a chain reaction like a load of dominos falling over but then the question could be asked who pushed the first domino. However you put it there can be a possibility of God just not in the conventional white bearded all powerful immortal human being form sort of sense. I'm a big fan of interpreting science through religious eyes to make them fit together. Just because I don't like that both sides are so closed minded to eachother when it seems so obvious they could work together. However, I don't believe in God. I do believe in the concepts that are fate and karma, and that there is a finite amount of matter in the universe, so nothing is created or destroyed, and that there's something very spiritual in that. But there's not a single being or multiple beings that control it. |
