The only thing I cared about going into this PPV was the fact that Devine was actually going to be in an advertised match that people actually cared about... so how was the Tables match? I never quite got an answer to this question...

^ Eh, the tables match was pretty good and should've ended when Black Machismo delivered his patented flying elbow-smash on a prone "Hotshot" Johnny Devine through the table, but that moron referee who always wears shorts was knocked out at that point.
So, in come the two fat-ass Dudley Boyz, nail Machismo and pull him off of Devine and switch them around so it appears that Devine drove Machismo through the table and they wake up that goofy ref wearing the ridiculous shorts and the match was over.

I also wanna add this is why I laugh when all the TNA "MARKS" and I dont mean regular fans of it but the real super MARKS who love everything TNA does and say every show and ppv is god like and perfect only because its TNA and no other reason...
Those people and I'm sure people who post on this board know the kind of posters I speak of...

Too bad Joe is wrong. What was Spike telling TNA for a while? "You need more big name wrestlers on your show."
Everything Joe said was a work. You really think he's going to get away with saying that about Nash and Angle right in front of them without a confrontation? And by saying what he said, it makes Dixie & JJ look like jerks. It's a work. Unless Joe shows up on RAW tomorrow night, it's a work.

you cant turn a profit on guys no one give a crapabout(X division jabronies and homegrown talent)
but on the other hand you can't keep signing established wrestlers who know one gives a damn about either

And oh, I just got word it was a worked shoot. It was already confirmed that it was worked but Joe went above and beyond what he was planned to say.

By the way, besides the Joe promo, and the Gail match, the pay-per-view blew.

Not really, that was the gist of what Joe wa ssuppose to say. Either way it was worked and nothing to scream over.
Much like all shoots, nothing will come of it tomorrow

I haven't seen it yet but looking at results it looks like crap. I'll likely order the replay tomorrow so I can see it before iMPACT.

Wow, this PPV looked so embarassing. Eric Young in the main event? Wow, that is just truly pathetic. You would think that there would be a million other guys that would make better replacements. Hopefully TNA rebounds from this, but it'd be hard.

Hopefully TNA rebounds from this, but it'd be hard. It wasn't that bad. Certainly not as bad as all you are making it out to be, that's for sure. Leave it up to a WWE fan to trash a TNA PPV. Who didn't see that one coming?? You are saying Eric Young in the main event on a PPV is pathetic. Well, at least he saw a main event on a PPV unlike that guy in your sig who will likley NEVER see a main event on any PPV ever. Now, that's truly pathetic when you consider the talent that guy has, but WWE will never realize it. I bet they'll end up releasing him before he even comes close to main eventing on any PPV.

it was honestly a decent 7/10 possibly even 8/10 ppv. it was much better than i anyone expected i'll tell you that much.
i have no idea why anyone would doubt joe's promo wasn't a worked shoot, if it was a shoot they'd have just cut the damn mic off, and if it was a shoot joe wouldn't have put over tna and the tna under card wrestlers like mcmg. in that one promo joe put over the x division in a way the creative team haven't been able to do for the past year and a half.
and yes eric young was in the main event, the guy is over despite the mediocre ability he has. and in all honesty he wasn't bad. he sold his arm from earlier on extremely well and gets such sympathy with it, very few people can do that. he held his own with aj and is only going to benefit from it. more so than hall or nash would have done had the match gone ahead as planned.
there was nothing horrendous on this ppv at all, was perfectly watchable and had some damn fine in ring stuff. the one thing i thought would completely blow in the battle royal was actually quite a fun little match and could present some interesting angles. kong vs kim and the perfect booking by tna there was awesome (pun intended) to watch and shows tna can do something right.
