Glad you found him man. Yeah, the glider pops off mine too. I'm actually working on removing the exhaust coming from the back, and putting one of the clear display stands in there.

I'd probably mount the display stand from underneath.. I don't think that it will be able to hold the weight of the figure if it's in the exhaust

I would, but there's no place underneath the glider that will hold the display stand. Unless I use one of the small elastic bands and tie it there.

I just managed to tie him onto a flight stand with one of those ties that all the figures have... pics in a few minutes.

Did ANYONE around here actually read Amazing Spider-man #238 when it was FIRST published back in 1983?

Did ANYONE around here actually read Amazing Spider-man #238 when it was FIRST published back in 1983? Back issues and trades are a beautiful thing. Don't put down "new readers"... the comic industry could use more. Alot more.

KAM, you have to balance the glider on there first, then add Hoby. I tried moving mine with him on the flightstand and he toppled.
As for BANE, what are you talking about and does it have any relevance to the thread?

Don't mind BANE, he's always making cranky old man comments about the youngin's on these boards.

Way to be alive in 1983. Hey, I was born in 1980, I'm going to buy a trophy to remind myself how awesome I am.

Congratulations on reading the original issue. Now, if you are done being a dick, would you care to explain what you are talking about?

Congratulations on reading the original issue. Now, if you are done being a dick, would you care to explain what you are talking about? It's quite obvious to me that he's saying you're not allowed to like a character that debuted before you read comics. That's why my favorite characters are Grasshopper and Typeface.

Ah, nice find, HRtooie. I do like the mold of the figure, and agree with whom ever said that they prefer the pumpkin bomb to be attached to his hand.
