Wrestling Alumni" or "
WWE Alumni" basically, this would be Mattel's version / line of "
Classic /
Past" Wrestling or WWE Superstars.
I first thought of it being called WWE Alumni, but, that just made it sound like it could be only for people who had been in WWE or WWF previously & not a sounding branded name for people who had been in NWA, WCW or the original ECW, so that's when I thought of the Wrestling Alumni name to make it open to everybody. However, seeing as WWE owns / bought out most previous Competitors & Copyrights, WWE Alumni should make it be able to have former NWA, WCW & ECW guys in much like Jakks' current Classics line I'd think.
Also, with the Alumni name, it means anybody
(Providing they get Signed
) can be made as a figure, it doesn't just have to be a big name like a Hogan, Warrior or Savage, it could be former Mid Carders & Under Card guys too & they can come from any era.
