I'm probably more excited for this then I normally would be because I picked up the last Heroes for Hire series a couple of weeks back... but this looks like a fun book.

A whole lot of T&A as well from the look of that preview image.

I'll be giving the Civil War tie in's a try and see if I like it.

Shi creator Billy Tucci (doing his first work for Marvel) has been named penciler

I actually had the opportunity to meet him just before Shi was created. My 6th grade teacher knew him. At the time, he was doing the Marvel Battle Books. I ended up getting a Spiderman and Spidergirl signed by him as well as a 6 foot poster of Shi.

I also fear a little on this. Like I told Crimson, this could easily be Marvel ripping off DC's "Birds of Prey".Tucci does nice work, but Palmiotti and Grey are a bit hit and miss as writers.
But it has Black Cat, so I'll sample it. If the story is at least decent, I'd likely add it to my pulls because I dont see me liking a lot of "616" after Civil War.
