I saw this in a recent thread and I decided to make this a separate topic to cover a few important points that i think a lot of you should hear. Anyways in another thread someone posted an interview with Kurt Angle in which he put over Cena. Then someone a few post down says
Now I'm not attacking him but it brought something to my attention...
Something I just don't get, John Cena has be praised by some of the best wrestlers ever to set foot in the ring, and not just people that have been the ring but people who've been in the business longer before Cena was in diapers ( JR).
I'm talking wrestlers who have been wrestling for over 20 years, wrestlers who have been to the top wrestlers like Ric Flair, HHH, HBK,
Kurt Angle, Mick Foley.
All of them have said how he's a good wrestler yet a vast majority
of you guys continue to attack him for being a "bad wrestler".
Yet you guys have never set foot in the ring and don't even know how the business itself works.
I'm sorry but I'd rather believe guys who've been in the ring for years and seen everything in wrestling than some internet fans who in reality have no idea what they are talking about.
Like look at it this way you need to get something on your computer fixed who would you ask for assistance some who doesn't really know about it or some one who's been working with computers for years?
And yea we may think he's gimmick is getting stale or has been stale but the fact of the matter is it doesn't matter what we think it's the fact the people who he's geared to (Kids) love him and they are the one's who ask Mommy to buy them the John Cena shirt, the John Cena figure .
So it might just be the cool thing to boo Cena for w/e reason but fact is he's a damn good wrestler and is the "Stone Cold" of the His time. So my point is maybe you guys should take into consideration some of the things these guys say.
Oh yea if any one has a bad John Cena match in which he wrestles terribly and gets no reaction please please please post them here.

IMO, John Cena is not good. He's got a very good physique. He's at al that skilled. He's got a lot of dedication to the sport, but he still sucks. And everyone is entitled to their own opinion. In mine, he is horrible and needs to be down in FCW OVW or where ever they develop now and he needs to freshen up his move set. I find him stale a crap and boring as hell.

It was a joke saying that Cena doesnt know many moves (which he doesnt).

IMO, John Cena is not good. He's got a very good physique. He's at al that skilled. He's got a lot of dedication to the sport, but he still sucks. And everyone is entitled to their own opinion. In mine, he is horrible and needs to be down in FCW OVW or where ever they develop now and he needs to freshen up his move set. I find him stale a **** and boring as hell. If you watch Cena from his debut till around middle of 2005 into 06, Cena was very good, but they limited down his moveset very drastically to like 5 moves a match, but before that, he did a hell of a lot more. |

They all use a variation of moves, they don't all win everyone of their matches with a standing Fireman's Carry or a STF

This thread is just begging for every ignorant dbag who posts here to jump in and bash John Cena. I agree to an extent with what you said, however I dont need Triple H or anyone else to put Cena over for me to appreciate his talent.

He is a great wrestler imo, not the most technically sound but he has everything else that wrestling today needs.

he knows moves and hes a great entertainer but he needs time off from the wrold titlle spot, sorta like right now. I'll be ready for another Cena title reign sometimes later this year but right now hes good where he is at.

Meh, Cena's ok. I gott give it up to him for his dedication. Not to many people can carry the company like he did/does. Granted, his move-set leaves a lot to be desired, but he gets over very easy, so apparently the rest of the WWE fans dont mind.

I personally don't appreciate John Cena as a wrestler,
I do however appreciate him as an entertainer; he's the best WWE has.

at the moment its cool to dislike Cena.I think he is overrated but no one can say he doenst work hard.He only knows a few moves because he didnt really have long before been thrown in the spotlight.
