This guy gets a bigger pop than 3/4th of the WWE Roster. I have no clue why WWE have not brought him back. He's even open about negotiating with WWE. Why is he not in WWE?

When we spoke to him on RBR about a month and a half ago, he said he doesnt want to go back right now. He also ruled out ROH as an option.

Yeah, I think he is quite happy right now with time off. Plus, he has his RVD TV which he seems to be happy about.
I would love him to come back though.

Especially with the very biased evidence you've provided (like a shocking return or...an ECW crowd). He just isnt interested in the travel right now. |

The simple and most accurate answer is because he doesn't want to be. If he were interested I'm sure WWE would take him back in a second... ...and then promptly  up his return, ala Chris Jericho.  |

YouTube links to him getting reactions mean nothing. He himself just isnt interested right now. Simple as that. Also, Nashville is the same town that Jerry Lawler gets matches in...and they enjoy it. |

I think he said that he doesnt even want to wrestle now and focus on RVD Tv, his comic store, and life. However, I think he should atleast wrestle in ROH.
