hurt the ratings?
I mean, I'm not at all excusing the product that is offered, however... if you miss Raw and don't DVR, record it or Tivo it... you missed it. Same goes for any other WWE program.
While in the case of TNA, if you miss Impact, even unintentionally missing it means you could turn in Saturday night and catch the replay if even worth it.
Yes TNA having a live format, ever few shows will create a "tune in just incase" vibe... but the fact you can catch a replay in my opinion does give the viewers more leeway to schedule time away from the TV on Thursday night or even just on a different channel.

I don't think it does so much. The ratings have been hurt because of TNA themselves and not the replay show. I've always thought a replay was a good because in case you missed it, you get a second chance to watch it.

It's a comob of things. The replay could be one of them but in my opinion he main one is that noone wants to give it a chance

The replays dont fo crapto the ratings. In fact, the replays help some fans because if they work on Thursday they can catch the replay Saturday since most people dont work on Saturday.

If it isn't very good people won't watch. They may have names that people know but that doesn't make everything they do great tv.

RAW has a condensed replay on USA, as well as three replays on mun2. Two in English and one in Spanish.

Well more people certainly know about the 1 hour RAW on the weekend, since it gets only about .3 less than TNA does on Thursday.

AM Raw doesn't hurt WWE so I don't think TNA's replays don't hurt the company really.

But the difference between AM Raw, and the replay of TNA that started off as a part of Slamming Saturday Nights is... You get exactly what you missed minute 2 minute with TNA.
Therefor with Raw, or any WWE program, you see the matches in their entirety and segments that are not huge in storyline, if you tune in for the initial airing.
TNA on the otherhand could get more viewers on Saturday and lose as many based on people's opinion of what aired Thursday.
Than again, wasn't TNA suppose to do more than 1 live impact?
