Three certainly is the charm. The newest installment of the Spider-Man film franchise will breakout onto the eight-story-high silver screen that is as large as some of the buildings our web-headed hero swings from. Catch the larger-than-life experience with your favorite sultan of web-swinging as Spider-Man 3 opens on IMAX screens simultaneously with the regular theatrical release on May 4, 2007.
Sam Raimi, director of the first two blockbuster Spider-Man movies, returns to Spider-Man 3 along with returning cast members Tobey Maguire, Kirsten Dunst, and James Franco. Joining the cast are Thomas Hayden Church as the Sandman and Topher Grace as Eddie Brock.

I'm lucky because Universal Studio's is a 15-25min bus ride from my home, and they have a IMAX.

Unfortunately, the only IMAX near me is at a zoo an hour away, and no way are they showing anything that's not moderately educational. There's another big-screen theater about 90 minutes away, but they wouldn't get this since they lost their IMAX-designation because of the one at the zoo.
