I live in Carmel, Indiana and it felt good..haha. It wook me up and because I have weird dreams, I was under the impression that thousand of termites were eating away at the frame of my bed...it was trippy

I was asleep, and I felt some shaking. Then I woke thought I was dreaming, and went back to sleep. Then my girlfriend called about a half later, and told me turn on the news, that there was an Earthquake. So I did for like 5 minutes, and went back to sleep.

I wasn't aware of the time, but I was I was just kind of laying in bed with my eyes open when my headboard started to shake and my window was rattling.
Scary shit. NOT.

I love how people are saying that felt it in IL.
Funny thing, it happened in Illinois, so of course you will feel it.

Portage had a mild aftershock from it. I noticed something moving abnormally but since I was half asleep I didn't think much of it. My co-worker, who lives in another area, said she was drinking a Dr. Pepper and the thing flew off the table.

I'm in springfield and felt it, although I would'v slept through it, but something from my headbard fell and hit me on the head. I went back to sleep and woke up again at like 10 because of an aftershock. Heres 2 articles about it. Source1 and Source2 .
