It really depends on a lot of things. Do you like lots of articulation? If so, then the new DC Superheroes Batman and Superman are the way to go. If you just display them, and don't need lots of articulation, the DC Direct stuff is great.
The Hush series figure of Batman is great, as well as the "possessed" Superman. If you like Alex Ross' art, then the Justice series of figures is also very good. But not all people are fans of his art. My favorite Flash figure is the DC Direct JLA Flash. It's very simple, and nice looking. I can try to find pictures to post later.

Then you definately want the new DC Superheroes line. They have a couple of really good batman and Superman figures.
Unfortunately, no Flash. Everything is Batman and Superman related now.
So far they have:

Supergirl
Robin
Braniac
Darkseid

This is probably my favorite Flash. It's from the DC Direct JLA series.  There is also this Flash from DC Direct from the Crisis On Infinite Earths story. It comes with an alternate face.  Then there is this one from DC Direct Identity Crisis:  |

I really don't collect DC buy I did buy that DCD JLA Flash... I love it. The only DC figures I buy are the Mattel DC Superheroes.
