He just can't ever catch a break can he? The guy seems injured more often than he is active.
As usual, I hope him the best in his speedy recovery. It's a damn shame he and Jay will more than likely be stripped of the tag straps. This also means I won't get to see him in Manassas. Aw, nuts.

It looked very strange when it happened. You could tell something didn't go right. Hopefully he'll have a quick recovery- I hadn't seen a ton from them before last night, but the Briscoes are a very talented team.

This sucks, I don't hate the Briscoes, just I thought they needed to stay away from he belts for a little while. Get well soon Mark.

Probably shouldn't have given the Briscoes the belts in the first place but I hope they don't give the belts to the Vulture Squad.

for those that were there....what was he actually stabbing him with? Id Imagine Jimmy's spike he carries around in his mouth, te former Huss Spike. Yeah Franchise, VS is the only team I see getting the belts. I dont see them going back to AOTF , NRC or anyone else really... Well, atleast he was hurt after the MCMG match...and not during it. |

Jesus, I hope he gets well soon.If Mark will be out for a good amount of time like the report says, I see the Briscoes getting stripped of the belts. Here's to hoping that Steenerico get them.

That sucks. Yell at me if you must but they are my favorite team. The first order I made had the Briscoe DVD and it was going to be one of the first two I got. There entrance music is great. There DVD was alright. They need a new one. Allong with Bryan Danielson vol. 2, Nigel McGuiness, Chris Hero, and Austin Aries vol. 2. They should also get Aries and Danielson's first DVD's back in stock starting with a by three Best ofs get one of there's free.

for those that were there....what was he actually stabbing him with? From someone that was there, posted on the ROH board: "with Jacobs removing his gimmicked top from his cane and attacking Mark right in the head, severely bloodying him. Jay was held at bay and then Jacobs went again with an attack and this was the move that did the damage to Mark's wrist, that ROH has now announced will require surgery. Mark howled in pain and fled the ring." Then Jacobs did this: Jacobs then kind of starred down the rest of AOTF and proceeded to cut his own head with the cane spike, much to the disbelief of his mates. Necro in particular seemed disturbed, which should tell you something with his affinity for blood and brawls. Disturbing stuff. |

ROH needs to stop putting all their wrestlers in so much danger and tone the style down. How many times do guys like Nigel & Mark Briscoe have to be out of action?
